Florida getaway

The pool was wonderful and very clean. It was nice to come home after a day at the beach and be able to enjoy the pool. Everything we needed was in walking distance or a short drive. All the beaches are just beautiful.

We had a great vacation! Our kids loved having their own heated pool to use everyday! Great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My mom and I had a great stay. The property was well maintained and clean. The only con to the property is that the only way to access the backyard/pool area is by going out the front door and through the fence.

Lovely AMI House

The property is just as pictured and appeared to be newly remodeled. It was equipped with everything we could want from towels to beach chairs. The pool area is super relaxing and beautifully landscaped and it's a short jaunt to the beach. This is about our 10th year visiting AMI.

Great location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants

we stayed for a week and overall loved our stay. The house was clean and we were provided with basic necessities and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. They also had a wagon and beach chairs for beach trips. We loved that the Queen palm is walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and of course the beach. There is a pool on the property which is nice if you’re not up for the beach but take note that it might be just big enough for a small number of people. Overall, when we go back I might book the place again!

Great location in the heart of Anna Maria Island

Very satisfied with the property. Short walk to the beach. Cozy backyard but works with a small family. The inside was was well maintained with plenty of living space. Our only issue was with the size of the kitchen - it is a tight space making it difficult for more than 1 person to be in it at same time. Overall - we enjoyed it and plan to come back!

Great accomodations, very walkable. Will be great when road construction is complete. Friendly neighborhood. Binder with all the info was very helpful. Only thing missing was a map for easiest walk to beach. Though it's a short walk, you need to know where access is. Pool was perfect for two.

Dream Vacation

This was my husband and my first visit to AMI and we have fallen in love with this beautiful location and cannot wait to come back. The house was exactly as pictured, and the backyard was a lovely oasis. Anna Maria Island Accommodations Inc. is to be highly commended for their amazing level of service, from check in, to a few minor details that we needed assistance with during our stay. The only problem with the entire stay... was when it was time to leave, we found it hard to say goodbye. We loved Queen Palm and AMI and cannot wait to return!

Delightful Property

Easy booking via H&A. Direct comms with Property Manager and then a physical check in at the PM Office was all very smooth. The property itself superbly located on a quiet street a few mins walk from the beach. Queen Palm is very well maintained, nice modern decor and well equipped. It has a nice private pool area area. Under a two minute walk takes you to several bars ,cafes and restaurants. There is a Publix’s locates a five minute drive, there is a very good Austrian Schnitzel House beside it. Our third time staying on AMI and this has been the best property so far.

We enjoyed our stay and our baby had a blast! Nice property clean and quiet. Our 3 year old loved heated pool. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Very short walk to a beautiful beach, local restaurants and fish market if you loke to cook your own meal. We definitely had a wonderful time! Thank you :) * only thing i wish we knew they only provide first round of trash liners and toilet paper etc. Maybe i missed it in description

The home is definitely on the small side, but beautifully decorated and furnished. It was the perfect size for myself, and my three children. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The only thing I would change is to have access to the pool from inside the house - but that isn't a big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal, the bedrooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was very nice, and they provided plenty of linens of the 4 of us. The washer/dryer was a plus for sure. The location was nice and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying on Holmes beach/AMI!

Winter getaway

We found the whole process of finding this property online, renting, checking in and out very easy. The property was as expected and was clean and well appointed. The pool area was great as well! The location was good for walking to dinner and the beach was a short walk as well. The only ding on this listing is that while the kitchen was well equipped, there was no dishwasher detergent and just a small amount of dishwashing liquid. While I don’t mind buying these things, I thought that having to buy a whole package of pods to use 1 or 2 was a bit of an inconvenience. Also they only provided 1 single roll of toilet paper, so plan on buying or bringing some with you. Again, this is still 5 star place. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful home and pool

Our family visited AMI for the first time and had a great time. We loved the house- well decorated, well stocked, comfortable and clean. Pool was fantastic and we used it everyday. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend.
