This gorgeous home is just short distance to the beach, with other beautiful homes nearby. This beautiful home is one of two, with zero lot line construction, so the adjoining house has just common wall in the garage, this home has its own separate backyard, heated pool 82-84 degrees & Jacuzzi(not a hot tub) and views from the balcony. This home is a two bedroom, so can sleep 4, but does have a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 extra guest. The Living room is located upstairs and gives a great view of the beach and Gulf of America. There is a deck off the Living room with great breeze coming off the gulf, and fantastic location to watch the sunsets. This home has a private pool, with a paver deck, surrounded by Palms, and all types of Florida Landscaping. The Living room and dining room and Kitchen are all located together, all with a view of the beach. Relax back, watch a movie on Flat screen TV, or get on your laptop and scroll the internet.
Private garage for parking out of the weather and secure when your gone. There is an elevator that will take you to all levels, or take the stairs your choice. Bedrooms are very spacious, with a large shower and walk in closets for the Master bedroom. Master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV, and a deck
with a partial view of the gulf. Second bedroom has a small deck over looking the pool area.
Anna Maria Island has miles of white sandy beaches, fishing piers, all types of rentals (boat, Seadoo's, Segway's, Para Sailing, bikes, list goes on...) Free Trolley rides all over the Island. There are fine Restaurants, shoppes, markets, and so much more!!! Second time at Coquina Sands

Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, a few steps to the beach, and close to all the restaurants and shops! The pool and backyard were so relaxing, and the entire family loved it! We plan on coming to AMI every year, and this will be the home that we book every time!! Thank you for a great vacation in paradise!

The location of the property was spectacular. The house itself was good and plenty of space for us. However the house could use a refresher and overhaul. Nothing terrible but just could use a pick me up and some TLC. Overall good stay at a good value with an amazing location.

Location location location!

This was a great place to stay! With the varying temperatures during our trip, the multiple outdoor options were great! The elevator was a big plus to take our luggage and groceries up and down. We feel lucky we were still able to stay here after the hurricanes, that being said the house needs a little TLC and was not super clean. The hosts were prompt to respond and very courteous! One thing to note about the pool-it is mostly in the shade so it was quite chilly but it has a nice little pool!

Close to the beach and more!

This is as close to ocean front as it gets. There is a clear view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. We loved the layout of the place. The elevator was great for my mother in law who is in her late 70s. Very easy walk to the beach along with restaurants and shops. This is a great house in a great location!

AMI in July pretty hot

Lovely home property for couples or family, large enough for privacy and near restaurants and beach. Could walk to many places nearby and didn’t need to go anywhere else for much. Beach toys in garage were a nice surprise. The pool was pretty and it was private, but it was also so hot the water was warmer than you would normally enjoy.

Beautiful ocean view

Great property with a surprisingly clear view of the ocean and sunset. Super short walk to the beach, cute pool area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Gas grill worked great. Layout of the home was just right. The time spent on the deck overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We would gladly stay in this home again!

Property was everything promised. Great quiet location, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Nice to not have to go out and buy cleaning supplies, soap, etc. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and free trolley. Just a short walk to beach with nice views of both sunrises and sunsets. Property manager was quickly responsive to questions/issues. Would definitely stay again.

The house is more than “steps” to the beach. It is about a 3-5 min.walk which is still close but IT IS NOT ON THE BEACH. The pictures make it seem as if it is on the beach. There is a condominium complex in front of the house blocking most of the view of the beach and ocean. Although previous reviews stated the house was not clean, I had faith that this would have been addressed. The glass tables were not cleaned at all - they were very dirty. The area under the breakfast bar had food/crumbs on the floor and the chairs. Bathroom light fixtures in the master bath were extremely dusty. Furniture, specifically the couch is very old and uncomfortable and noisy. Rug in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The Pool was not clean - the pool company came out 3 days after arrival. The pool does not get much sun during this time of year; only between the hours of 10 - 1 and then the sun is on the other side of the house. The pool water was set at 83 which was not warm enough to swim in. We had to plug in the HDMI cord to the back of the TV to get the cable stations to work. The house is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shops to walk to. The masterbed and bath were great. Wi-Fi was great. Despite the issues above, the amount spent for the week was appropriate and aligned with expectations.

Wonderful Stay!

We’ve stayed at numerous rentals over our years of vacationing on AMI. This house was by far our favorite!! Location is unbeatable. Beach is a one minute walk from the house. Shops & restaurants within walking distance. House was great with beautiful views from every window & deck. Clean when we arrived & well laid instructions for check in & check out. Location location location

You will not be disappointed! The location of this property is perfect! Only steps to the beach and the view of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony is spectacular. The layout of the house works for all and the backyard pool is wonderful for cooling off in the afternoon. The only minimal issue is the cleanliness of the property. It could really use a thorough deep clean and some attention to detail. Overall - a wonderful vacation experience!

Perfect for our needs!

For once I think the pictures don't do this property justice. It's a beautiful duplex that manages to be very spacious. We traveled with our two boys (4 and 5.5yo) who had a blast! It is just a short walk to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised there were already sand toys, chairs, umbrella and even boogey boards for our use! The private pool was perfect for our little kiddos. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed everything about the house. The view was great. Thankful for the elevator bringing up groceries. Short walk to the beach. We did experience redtide while there. The smell on the beach caused coughing and was very hard to stay on the beach. (nothing the host could have done about this) Beautiful beach very nostalgic area.

Lovely house and location

Everything about this property was perfect. You are just a few short steps from the beach while having the luxury of a private pool. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was well maintained. The only thing I could suggest would be a little beach wagon to haul everything back and forth from the house to the beach and back. That would just be an added convenience.

What makes this property unique

Look out the window at the beach while in the kitchen preparing a meal. Relax on the top deck to watch a spectacular sunset. Short walk to beach to either go swimming, layout on the sand, pick up shells, make sandcastles, or just walk along the shore. Come home latter in the day, BBQ some steaks, float in the pool, it is just Florida living at its finest.
