Casa de playa muy grande; Paseo marítimo; duerme 9; 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. (BR1-King, BR2-Queen y BR3- 3 Twins); Sofá cama. Tiene Wifi. (Perros permitidos)

Esta gran propiedad de 3 dormitorios con un plano de planta abierto se encuentra en el barrio de La Playa de Port Aransas. Este es uno de los vecindarios más cercanos a la playa y tiene un agradable paseo marítimo para acceder a la playa. Hay un área grande, abierta, con sofá cama, comedor y cocina con cafetera estándar. Dos dormitorios (BR1) y (BR2) y 2 baños están en el segundo piso y el tercer piso tiene un dormitorio (BR3) y baño. La propiedad tiene una vista del océano desde la cubierta en forma de L ubicada en el segundo piso. Disfruta de tu pesca fresca en la parrilla de carbón. La decoración de la playa se puede encontrar en toda la casa.

NO hay estacionamiento para botes o remolques en las calles. Barcos permitidos siempre que estén estacionados en Driveway.

There was a special gift upon arrival that was perfect for us!! Everything was well stocked. Nice special amenities like, dog area with blankets, tar removal, dish pods, fluffy towels for bath and pool, plenty of locked in area for surfboards and I ce chest with a fridge to unpack and store ice. Very Nice Place!

We had a very nice stay! The weather was not the perfect but we really enjoy spending time in the house playing with the kids, so many board games, puzzles and more. The only inconvenience we have is Netflix has no audio if you use spectrum tv so we switch Netflix to vizio tv. It was a great weekend!

Best house we’ve ever rented

The house itself was great. Very well stocked in everything. The construction outside on the fence and pool was a bit of a bummer. Besides the noise there was a lot of cigarette smoke. Can’t wait to rent next year when the pool is up and running! Do we get a discount for the inconvenience ?

Memorial Weekend

We loved being able to walk to the beach and took full advantage of this. We also really enjoyed the full kitchen, we didn't have to go out to eat once while there because we cooked all of our own meals.

Clean, Quiet and Near the Beach!

Reviewer Comments: It was a crowded Memorial Day weekend and the houses are somewhat close together but we had no issues with privacy and quiet. The house is spacious and clean and kitchen is well furbished. My only gripe and it's pretty petty is the little teeny soaps in the bathrooms and as another guest mentioned, the white rocks that you have to walk over are a nuisance but we got used to them.

Great location some updates

Great location, could use some updating on beds & decor. But other than that the space was comfortable & closeness to beach was wonderful. Paid extra for heated pool, but we probably got 1/2 day w/heated pool. Lots of helpful texts, helpful signage around house & info in check in folder EXCEPT on how to access golf cart key. Other rentals leave key in rental. Eventually we went to their hard to access office to pick up key. Check in process would be more efficient with golf cart key inside rental house. Overall a great stay for location & space size for our group size.

We usually stay in a condo but our favorite one has not reopened since Harvey. We decided to rent a house and Life in Paradise was recommended to us as a good company to work with. We were more than pleased with the property and the rental company. We will rent with them again. Next time we might get in a house with pool in the complex. We did miss that but the beach access was excellent. We had our adult sons and a daughter-n-law with us and the house was large and very comfortable. Loved the deck mornings and evenings!

Great location, kitchen not as clean as it could be

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The house is a short walk to the beach! Plenty of room for 6 guests, 3 bathrooms were all in good shape. Cons: We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was quite gross, with greasy/sticky cabinet doors and one burner not working on the stove. The keys and locks are in bad shape and it requires 5 minutes of work to open or lock the doors every time you go in and out. Finally, there was an infestation of terrible burs in the "lawn" that made walking the dogs a hassle.

Great location, dirty interior

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a nice location, a fun walk over the boardwalk to the beach, a very quick drive with your beach things, close to town but secluded. And how nice to bring your pups ( for a fee of course). However the home itself desperately needs the attention of an adequate cleaner. There was a massive amount of dog hair & fur under the furniture & in the air return. Other than that there is an AC problem upstairs & the temp has to be lowered overall to keep it bearable for sleeping. Be careful going barefoot on the deck you might get a splinter and make sure your pups don’t walk in the “grass” it’s full of grass burrs. Be careful of backing a pickup into the carport the loose white rocks tend to get thrown & they could cause a mess or injury. It’s better to park your pickup in front of the house. We had a good time but did exercise some deep cleaning with a broom.

3 Bedroom house in great location

First floor consisted of the garage & utility room. 2nd Floor consisted of kitchen, living room, breakfast room, full bath #2, master bedroom (en suite Full bath #1/master bath), Bedroom #2 (w/“Relax” sign above it), and wrap around deck. Third floor was more of a loft area with 3 twin beds and an en suite full bathroom. Location was close to beach. Stayed during COVID quarantine so there was a time period where Vehicles (including golf carts) were not allowed on beach so this house’s location would have been perfect. You could walk to the beach by accessing the private bridge/boardwalk. Beach views /ocean views available when sitting on back wrap-around porch. The 3rd floor loft/bedroom had a TV and some kids’ toys & crayons. It was the perfect rental home for our family with 3 boys (between 6-8yrs old).the only negative I found was that the kitchen didn’t have much pantry space but that’s really nitpicking. Everything was a great size. We’ll be staying here again in the future.

Location, location, location

On the positive side this home is located a very short walk to the beach and has access for your vehicle for transporting beach items. The property is very spacious & has fresh white paint inside. It’s nice that you can bring your fur babies. There is a good ocean breeze on the deck that is very refreshing. However housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail such as the air return which we cleaned because of all the previous tenant’s fur. Also the floor was sandy & furry, as was the unholstered furniture. The beds were comfortable & bedding was clean. The decorating was shabby but not shabby chic, but It was fine for our stay. The coffee pot was only a 4 cup & not a Kuerig. The upstairs br has a hard time staying cool so the overall temp had to be lowered to make up for it which made the downstairs pretty cold. Be careful with the white rocks in the driveway and the deck is disengrating so you wouldn’t want to walk on it barefoot. Also be careful with your fur babies paws as there are multiple grass burrs leading to the front door. And you might want to cut the neighbors palm frond as it tended to stab you as you walked by. Great location near the beach!

We apologize for the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. Our properties are equipped with basic appliances such as a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, not Keurigs. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very excited to stay in this house considering the location and the look of the other houses in area. First of all, the size of house is fantastic. It is in need of maintenance and GOOD housekeeping. Carpets in kitchen and living room were very dirty. There was hair and dust all over window sills and floor boards in restrooms. There was also hair in and around tub and floors in restrooms. There were several light bulbs out in bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The biggest thing were all the bugs in the kitchen and restrooms. We could not leave food on top of counter because they were full of bugs in the morning. Many of the dishes were dirty and not washed properly. I was very disappointed because I really expected a nicer experience for the price paid. In addition, ALL of the windows were unlocked when we arrived. Finally, there is mold in living room and bedroom ceilings, paint bubbling below window sills. Pots and pans in serious need of replacing.

Hello Arlene, Thank you for submitting your review of 12LP, we are sorry to hear about the issues you experience in the unit, we have let my housekeeping department aware of the housekeeping issues you experience and will be handled immediately, we have gone by and replaced any old lightbulbs, this unit does get pest control on a quarterly basis and is sprayed inside and outside, we have since called them back to respray, that should not be a problem and if that is the case please let us know so we can contact them and get them out there during your stay. we have sent someone to review the condition of the walls in bedrooms as this unit should not have mold and we will be replacing the pots and pans. We appreciate you letting us know, but we hope next time we can be aware while at the unit so we can try to correct the issues you experienced. Thanks, Life in Paradise

Great beach house!

My husband and I have rented a lot of places in a number of locations over the years and this was one of the cleanest and best equipped places we've rented. It had everything we needed to cook and far more than the usual starter supplies of necessary items. Loved having coffee in the morning on the deck while watching and listening to the waves and the birds. Location was great for beach access and restaurants. Very appreciative that it's a dog friendly property. The dogs liked it too! The owner is putting in a small pool which will make a nice place even nicer. We'll definitely be back!
