The location of the property and the golf cart made visits to the beach easy and enjoyable. There is also a large convenience store and beach march less than a block away that were very nice. The house felt a little cramped with 11 people, but we were all able to sleep comfortably. As an avid lover of old-school video games, I really enjoyed the little arcade machine mounted to the wall in the bunk bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very well maintained. I would not hesitate to book this place again when we visit Port A in the future. This was our 4th trip there and one of the more enjoyable ones because of the great location of this condo.

The location was great—just a short distance from the beach, which was very convenient. The check-in process was also easy and straightforward.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. We found dirty socks underneath the table, a dirty plate in the cabinet with food still on it, sand throughout the property, dirt all over the upstairs pull-out bed, and tobacco wrappers left in multiple areas. It did not feel like the property had been properly cleaned or prepared for our arrival.Overall, the location was excellent and the check-in experience was easy, but the lack of cleanliness really took away from our stay. With a thorough cleaning and better attention to detail between guests, this could be a great place to stay.
