Our home features 5 large bedrooms and an adorable guest house, ensuring ample space for all guests. The master bedroom, located on the main level, boasts a King bed, dresser, large closet, and a TV, all with beautiful lake views. Bedroom 2, situated on the lower level, offers a queen size bed, dresser, and a closet with stunning lake views. Bedroom 3 is a spacious haven, featuring a single loft bed, queen bed, twin bunk beds, dresser, and a large closet, perfect for accommodating a family or a group of friends. Each level of the house comes with a full bathroom for your convenience.
Relax and unwind in the large TV room, where a sofa pulls out to a double bed, ensuring comfort for all. A collection of games awaits the whole family, providing endless entertainment.
During Fall and Winter bookings, we gladly welcome your furry companions, as pets are allowed. However, please note that pets are not permitted during the Summer/Busy Season, ensuring a serene atmosphere for all guests. If your pet is approved to join you, a $100 Pet Fee will apply. Please message the host for further details.

The main floor features an open concept living arrangement for easy entertaining and expansive lake views. A gas fireplace was recently installed to keep you warm during the cooler weather. The kitchen is brand new with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove. The dining room table seats 8 people and 4 additional people at the breakfast bar located at the island.

The lower level features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and a common area. In the common area, relax and watch tv on the 55" flat screen smart tv or play video games on the Xbox 360 on those rainy days. The common area offers a sliding glass door that leads out to a covered outdoor seating area and to the lake.

This house features 66 feet of level beach, a dock, kayaks and a paddle boat for your use. Grilling is a treat with the brand new grill on the deck overlooking the lake. Have a peaceful campfire with family and friends near the beach. Dock is removed from water Mid October through April.

Come and visit the area year round. This house is not just a summer destination. In the fall, enjoy the colorful foliage that is a sight to behold. Enjoy the scenic, peaceful atmosphere from the house or on the deck. In the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing may be your passion. We have lake frontage for easy access so you can enjoy the winter weather. When you are cold from enjoying the frozen lake, come inside by the fire and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate.

This house is minutes to nearby restaurants, entertainment, breweries and wineries as well as Geneseo's Wegmans, Letchworth State Park, and SUNY Geneseo. There is plenty of off street parking available for 3-4 vehicles (3 Vehicles in the Winter due to snow piles).

Great Dock and Shoreline for family play time! House is monitored with RING Doorbell and external camera.
