Absolutely perfect mini vacation at this beautiful lake home! We enjoyed the gorgeous views from so many spots in this home. We had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing weekend. Not only was the host readily available to answer questions but she was extremely helpful and kind to our family. Whitney knew of an emergency situation in our family that prevented all of us from being at the lake house, but she was gracious enough to extend our time there without an additional cost. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out as well. Whitney also provided many recommendations for recreational activities and restaurants before we even arrived to help with our planning purposes. Plenty of toys for young and old were also available for you to use. We will definitely be planning additional vacations at this Lake House!

The house sits with a perfect view of the lake, both from within the house and the deck. It felt comfortable to come back from the day’s activities and walk into the house and immediately look at the lake.Host was extremely easy to work with and my limited dealings were also friendly and productive.

I came up here with my grown children, their partners and grandbaby. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and really well appointed. We loved being right on the water. The main house if very new and the cottage is more rustic. It worked well having the two places. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The house and guesthouse were very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. We were so pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately the weather was not conducive to using the canoes or the lake for that matter but if we had scheduled our vacation a couple weeks earlier I am sure we would have used them. Views were amazing and beds comfortable. The dining table easily accommodates 8 people. Our only complaints (and they are small) were the fruit flies in the kitchen (and that may be common in lake houses) and no bar soap in the bathrooms (and that may have just been an oversight by the cleaning company). There was plenty of liquid hand soap at the sinks as well as shampoo and conditioner. Also hair dryers and lots of TP in bathrooms. All in all we enjoyed the beautiful and very clean house and guest house as well as the fire pit and dock for fishing. We would not hesitate to stay here again and in fact may rent it for a vacation with our grandchildren. It’s very peaceful and relaxing!

Our group of 8 adults and 1 four year old loved our time in the finger lakes. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and only 12 minutes to nearby shopping centers to get what we needed. Whitney was easy to communicate with.

Great experience

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Factors that contributed to the enjoyment of the trip were being right on the lake, provided kayaks, paddle boat, cleanliness of the house, the peace, great family room for bonding, and a great kitchen.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great vacation at the home. The furniture is so nice. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The second cottage gave us space for our multi-generational family. The stone walkway is pretty but needs bushes trimmed to clear the path.

Conesus Lake House

Great stay for my daughter's college graduation from Geneseo. The house was tremendous...spacious, clean and well appointed. The guest house that is also on the property housed our out to town family. Whitney was a great host and very responsive. Would stay there again in a second and I am tough customer!
