2.5-bath cottage on Conesus Lake! This beautiful home sits on East Lake Road, facing West to view the sun dip below the water- true to the name Sunset Chalet. Direct lake frontage and dedicated dock access just steps across the street. Enjoy effortless lake living with privacy and plenty of outdoor space and off-street parking. Launch the two provided kayaks, swim, fish, or soak in the breathtaking sunsets right from your patio or dock. With advance notice, we should be able to accommodate your boat at
the dock so you can be in the water in minutes. Pontoon boat rentals are not included in cottage rental and are typically available upon request at a considerable discount compared to local rates (separate contract and fees apply). Inquire
