1.5 Blocks to Beach/Boardwalk. Ocean views from large deck.

This is 2 individual units rented together under the same roof.

To avoid some of some of the booking fees check out VROCNJ #306.

1ST FLOOR UNIT has 4 Bedroom & 2 Bathrooms, plus Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area. While this property does NOT have an elevator, the first floor unit is PERFECT for those who do not like to do a lot of stairs. There are only 4 steps to get into first floor unit. Once you are in unit, it is flat.

The property was gutted and renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchens have modern stainless steel high end appliances and are well stocked with dinnerware for 12. Each kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. It has a nice front porch overlooking Wesley Avenue. Mini split air units.

2nd-3rd Floor has 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, plus Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area. This property is 2 floors. The property was gutted and renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchens have modern stainless steel high end appliances and are well stocked with dinnerware for 12. Each kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. It has a nice front porch overlooking Wesley Avenue and a large rear deck with a direct view of the Ocean City Fishing Club Pier, the Beach, and the Boardwalk. Mini splits / central air.

Property owner provides beach chairs and beach tags. Guest provide linens (bedsheets and bath towels). Please see Vrocnj number 306.

Family reunion/graduation celebration

House was clean, easily accommodated our large group and was perfectly located. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived, but Julie was very responsive and the issues were addressed and resolved very quickly.

Great for a big group with older kids/teens.

Great location near the boardwalk and beach. We had 10 adults and 10 kids under 9. Separate outside entrances for 1st and 2/3rd floors were challenging as 3rd floor contains many of the bedrooms with multiple beds (a kids area). More workable for older kids/ teens. Management very responsive.

Best House in Ocean City!!

There were 18 of us getting together for a family reunion. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect- one block from the boardwalk. But the best part was the huge back porch where we gathered every morning and every night. The host was kind and responsive. We will be back!!!

Perfect "Stay" to kick off 2022!

What a great home for my large extended family to hunker down in and celebrate the New Year, located only 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk! The kids just loved this and made several trips to Shrivers for fudge. With 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we were well accommodated and comfortable. The house was well furnished and so, so clean which is really important to me. The kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of having a nice cozy family dinner. The kids really enjoyed the cute fish shaped plates for lunch and dinner. We can hardly wait to return in the summer.

Family week in OC NJ

This house is perfect for an extended group! Having both the upstairs and downstairs allowed for separation and privacy, while still eating and cooking together. The furnishings were comfortable (no bed is ever the same as home!) and clean. Lots of beach stuff in garage - we probably didn’t need to bring all we did! It was great being close to boardwalk, as our young people could go out alone, however it is noisier than other areas of OC. For being a house for so many people, I think there could be a few larger pots and pans and more dishes, but we made do. Overall a memorable stay - stock with more games for rainy days also!!

Extended family OC trip

The description as to the number of bedrooms is misleading. One bedroom has 8 beds - 2 doubles, and 6 singles, 4 of the latter are in a “captive” area adjacent to the main bedroom. Those sleeping in the area with four singles must use the larger part of the room for ingress and egress, which doesn’t really work. Further, there are a couple of beds in hallways / open areas, like the area with the washer and dryer. Which is all fine if the occupants understand all this going in, which we did not - which may’ve been our misunderstanding. Then there is a bunk bed with undersized mattresses. Our tall teenager would’ve been too tall for those beds. The location of the house is great, but parking is difficult. We thought that the two separately rentable units had an interior connection, which it doesn’t. That may have been another misunderstanding on our part. The lower kitchen could use some more pots and pans. The decks and porches are great.

Review

Overall the place was great. There were some things that were inconvenient, there was no toilet paper and paper towels. I didn't know I had to bring my own. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinet. But, other than that, it was fine. I think with the many people in and out its not always perfect. Just have to be flexialbe.

Awesome property within two minutes walking distance to the beach!

Julie was a great, very communicative host with a beautiful property. The home was newly renovated and was very spacious to accommodate our 15 person group. Very functional common spaces, clean showers, and an awesome deck to hang out on. The boardwalk and beach were very close as well which made for a fun time during the day and night and gave the group many different options for food and activities.

Great property with an excellent location

Great location! Easy walking to the boardwalk and the shops on Asbury Ave. We never had to move our car. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with its ocean/boardwalk view, but especially loved the view of the fishing pier all lit up at night. House was very clean and felt very welcoming. Host is superb! Great communication and very helpful when needed. Thank you! We look forward to visiting again.

Girls trip!

Wow! This property is amazing! Location! Location! Location! 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated, with a well appointed stocked kitchen! Julie was amazing to work with and always responded quickly. Great place to rent for your family vacation at OCNJ!

Perfect getaway!!

What a great girl's getaway! We had so much fun getting together at this beautiful house, it looks like it should be in a Pottery Barn magazine. We get together every year (for the past 20 years) and parking is always an issue since we have 12 cars... no issue here with the parking lot right next door. What a life saver!! The view of the fishing pier is beautiful especially at night when it's all lit up. The house is beautiful & CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! We will absolutely be returning!

Amazing property

This is one amazing property that met all of our families’ needs. We celebrated my aunt’s birthday and had a great stay. Two members of our family struggle with mobility issues and after they entered the three steps into the property there were no additional stairs to climb. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. The ocean views were beautiful. The kids loved the quick walk to the boardwalk and staying in the 3rd floor cottage together. We look forward to staying again this summer.

Amazing property!!!

My family and I were here for a post holiday get together. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us. The boardwalk was literally out the back door!! We had so much fun walking on the beach and getting pizza on the boardwalk!! Can’t wait to come back in the summer!!!
