About this property

This sun-filled space features an open concept living and modern furnishings. Relax in the family room with a movie, splash some water in the private pool, and cook up a family meal in the recently remodeled, full loaded kitchen. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with close proximity to DFW, all shopping, grocery, restaurants, lakes with hiking trails, makes this the perfect home away from home.

There are three bedrooms total (7 beds + 1 crib + 1 sofa): Master bedroom on the ground floor with King bed; upstairs there is another King bed + crib in one bedroom; Queen bed & twin over twin bunk bed in another. There's a day bed with the trundle bed (both are twin sized) in the living room and a comfy sofa in the family room.

The private pool in the back yard is available for use dawn to dusk. There is no fence around it, so please exercise caution when enjoying outdoor space. Minors must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool.

You will have access to the entire house. Detailed check in info will be given 24 hours prior to check in. You will be given a code to self-check in. Please respect check-in (4pm), check-out (10am) times and noise curfew between 10pm till 8am.

Must have verified ID and reviews to book. Local bookings will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure ALL guests in the group honor all House Rules :) Please list the number of guests when booking. The maximum registered guest is 9 people, including both adults, kids & infants.

*There's a ring doorbell and a noise monitoring device in the foyer area.

Great place for family gathering.

Everyone loved the location and the house. It had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, visit, and watch movies. The pool is amazing and was enjoyed by everyone. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future needs.

Awesome stay!

The house was clean and just like the listing advertised. The host was awesome with communication and we had a lovely stay. We had a longer stay here due to construction on our house and everything went so smoothly.

Simple and perfect for our stay

The house was as shown in the pictures. We were here to visit family for the holiday and mostly used the house to sleep and shower. The owner responded to a small item the first day very promptly and efficiently. I would describe the home as basic with an appropriate amount of furnishings and supplies. A Brita water filter would be nice, as the tap water in this area is not great. The only complaint is that the upstairs floors made a lot of creaking noise that carries to the main floor.

Fabulous house!

My son, grandsons and I stayed at the house from Wednesday to Monday Aug 10-15. The house was immaculate and as pictured. We came in late after a long day of flying and driving and were grateful for the snacks left by the host. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and plenty of space for us. The pool was a welcome addition in the Texas heat. One minor downside--the house numbers can be hard to read from the street. We will stay here again on our next trip to Dallas.

Flower Mound

Finally, a property that matches the photos you see online. This home was spotless. There were enough supplies to get us through our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, which is hard to find nowadays. The owners were personable and responsive. The pool area was clean. Although for us over 55, chairs to sit in would have made it even better. We were within short walking distance of family members which was wonderful. And having access to park our rental car in the garage was a bonus in the Texas heat. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future.
