THE FLAT

Welcome to our 38 m² T1 apartment, a peaceful haven located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, right in the heart of Bordeaux's Golden Triangle. Upon entering, let yourself be charmed by its cozy atmosphere.

The apartment opens onto an elegant living room, furnished with a comfortable leather sofa. The space has been recently redecorated, blending modernity and comfort to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This living room is complemented by a sleeping area with a double bed.

The kitchen is a real asset of this apartment. Fully equipped with cooking hobs, a fridge, and a dishwasher, it offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. You will also find all the necessary utensils and crockery for your daily use.

The functional bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a hairdryer, providing all the necessary comfort to start or end your day.

You will find all the essential comforts, as the apartment is equipped with free high-speed WiFi and a television for your relaxation moments. Ironing equipment is also available for your daily needs.

A lovely wooden terrace with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Bordeaux, where you can enjoy a sunny breakfast - which you can order as an optional extra - or a relaxing moment at the end of the day. Reversible air conditioning lets you enjoy your little cocoon in summer and winter alike.

Located just steps away from the Allées de Tourny, the apartment enjoys an exceptional location. You will be immersed in the elegance and charm of the Golden Triangle, surrounded by museums, theaters, cinemas, as well as a multitude of restaurants, bars, and shops. Despite its proximity to the city center's dynamism, the neighborhood remains a peaceful oasis, ensuring both a lively and serene experience.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time. Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.



BREAKFAST

We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.


GETTING AROUND

From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk 8 mins.

From Gare Saint Jean:
Take tram C or D from Gare Saint Jean to Quinconces and walk 5 mins.
Street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.

The flat does not have its own car park. The "Tourny" public car park is located 500 meters from the flat. Parking costs €20 per day.
