A lovely condo with incredible view

We stayed the month of February 2025. The time flew by way too quickly but we enjoyed every minute. This is a nicely furnished unit with windows on the front & side so lots of sun & fantastic sunsets.

This property is ideally located and very quiet. Fantastic view and amenities. Just a beautiful building that is under construction in the main floor areas. Almost done and very beautiful. This is a first-class condo association. The unit itself was wonderful and the owners were just awesome people to work with. My only complaint is that it was not available to rent the entire season. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy a "slice of heaven" and get to know Marco Island.

Our family has loved and visited Marco Island for over 30 years. This condo is a second home to us and is treated as so. It is where are kids learned to swim, boogie board and fish. Memories fill this condo and we hope you will create your own while staying in this special place.

Why they chose this property

Of all the properties on the beach this is the only one with large professionally maintained gated grounds. You will be living right on the beach but also have access to tennis, shuffle board and boat slips all in the safety of a gated community.
