Property was a little run down outside but the unit itself was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again for a budget friendly option.

Great stay

Great location, less than 30 minutes from the beach and walking distance from the mineral springs (although the springs are temporarily closed as they repair damages from the hurricane). Hosts were very communicative and the room was very clean and well kept. There was one issue with the water line while we were there; the host was aware and on site addressing repairs before I even noticed it and sent a message. Great experience!!!

Cozy studio for visiting in North Port

Good location, quiet. Short walk to Warm Mineral Springs. Easy access to US41. Large, comfortable bed in small combined bedroom/kitchenette/living area. Separate adequate bathroom with nice shower. Large, walk-in closet with shelving for storage. Minimal kitchen, no DW, but with large fridge. Had to bring own coffee maker. Very nice laundry room is shared with another tenant, wasn't a problem. Abundant parking is on the lot.

All that is needed

If you're looking for an affordable place with just about everything you're going to need, this is a good place for it. It was only myself that stayed so an efficiency that had a full bathroom, laundry room, mini fridge, microwave and hot plate for cooking, was just right. Has everything that was needed for myself. Quiet area is always a plus. I would recommend this place for a solo or couples getaway.

The property was clean and sufficient for a place to sleep, however, it smelled very musty. Previous tenants must have been aware since there multiple old deodorizer devices in the room. There was also a candle, although no matches.

Unit is located in an older neighborhood and is one of I think 4 units in the building. Our stay was below par for the amount we paid. Main concern was the mattress. It had no firmness at all and resulted in very little sleep and sore backs in the morning. This was communicated to the owner. Other issues were the Wi-Fi was so weak it was unusable and unit had a few crawling insects. Owner seemed more than willing to make upgrades. We didn’t mention the AC unit runs every 10 minutes and is pretty loud to him. It was a quiet neighborhood however

Just Right!

We enjoyed our trip to Florida so much, and a lot of the reason is because our accommodations suited us so well! We were close to Cool Today Park, and our main purpose in visiting the area was to see the Braves in Spring Training. Our very clean studio apartment was spacious, with all of the essentials, plus a lot of added touches. We could eat there, with two ‘fridges, a microwave, mini stove, Keurig, and plenty of plates, utensils, and cooking equipment. Paper goods were furnished, as well. There was a washer and dryer in an adjacent room, but we did not need to use it. The closet was very large, and all of our belongings could easily be stored in there. There was a nice TV mounted on the wall, but we did not use it much. The apartment stayed cool, with the AC and ceiling fan. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels and even a selection of different shampoos. Our hosts were attentive to us and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s best suited for two people, but a third could work. Next time we return to Spring Training, this will be the place for us!! 100%

Amazing Value, authentic well equipped!

Great vrbo! Amazing place, even had a shared laundry! Well appointed, and had some coffee pots, sugar and basic stuff on hand! We highly recommend this owner, and this specific unit! Right down the road from mineral springs!!
