It was perfect in every way. Will stay again when in Cape Coral visiting relatives. Don't hesitate because it is a duplex. Very well maintained with all the goodies.

This is a wonderful property...in fact, amazing. It was spotless and exactly as advertised. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the showers and bathrooms were wonderful. We'd come back anytime. 5 stars to Malcolm, a great host.

Sale of location vs rental

House staged for sale,not rental.Missing items we had to purchase: hair dryer, patio furniture for morning coffee;frying pots for convection stove( food stuck to bottom of used pans so back food ruined). Issues: 17ft ceiling lights flickered(annoying) host tried to replace but did not fit socket; first morning the alarm clock activated at 4:30 am; front door lock inactivated (took valueables with us to lock in glove compartmnet of car) water faucet in guest bathroom activated by touch--joke-cannot regulate amount or temperature of water..to brush teeth vs washing hair. Our 2 month stay was acceptable,but obvious the location had not been rented recently. Malcolm tried his best! Terry

This property is beautifully designed, featuring imported Italian porcelain flooring. The showers are especially impressive, with the master bathroom shower equipped with two shower towers with hydro massage, creating a car-wash-like experience and ceiling blietooth speakers. The backyard offers a lovely space with fruit trees, a shaded deck with tables and chairs, and high ceilings inside the house. It also includes many modern amenities, such as a digital fireplace, smart TVs, and a ping pong table on the lanai.
