The house worked perfectly for our trip for a baseball tournament. We were within reasonable distance from the fields and access to everything we needed. House was larger than expected with plenty of space. Backyard is really great as well. We had an issue with the AC and the owner was quick to respond and arrange a repair.

It was exactly as posted. Host was available. The location was great , away from bustle . Great yard to relax & play with dog. House was modern & clean , more space than we needed. Beds comfy. Marietta& , Atlanta close to explore.

No AC... oh no! No problem for the host!

A great house – renovated with huge huge huge back yard. House is well equipped and many features. My only low score was the location as the house did not match the surrounding neighbors. Loud music each nights across the street but nothing the host could do about that AC broke approx. 2-days prior to our arrival but the host coordinated small AC units to be delivered our arrival day. The Amazon box was on the front porch and all we had to do was unwrap and plug in. They worked very well in the living room and bedroom. We were lucky that the Atlanta weather was not too piping hot. Yes, we would stay here again since the house and yard are very nice.
