The Martinez family are good hosts and communication was prompt.Here are some of things of note if you plan to rent this property:1) There are NO bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level, so it is not very handicapped friendly or easy for the elderly. The cooking utensils are plastic and of poor quality. The kitchen is less well stocked for pantry items than others we have stayed in and most of the pots and pans are non-stick, with scratches. We informed the hosts as soon as we got to the property. 2) There are 2 bedrooms located upstairs and 1 room with 2 beds in the basement. There is plenty of light in all the rooms. The fan chain was broken in an upstairs bedroom and patio lock was not working. Hosts were informed. The stairs going upstairs and down stairs are difficult to navigate for the elderly and are quite creaky especially in the middle of the night, if you go to grab a glass of water from the kitchen. 3) If you wish to do laundry, it is located in the basement and there is no laundry detergent provided unlike some of the other properties we have stayed at. We asked the owners and they said that they do not provide it. There was only one roll of extra toilet paper provided in each bathroom so if you plan on staying longer, you may need to buy some. The owners did their best to make our stay comfortable but this property was not a good fit for us, for a longer work stay. If you are planning a shorter stay then this might good for you.

Very Happy! Clean! Perfect!

We had a great stay. The property was clean and organized. No issues at all with anything in the property. Everything worked as it should. I did a street view of the area before booking. I was a little nervous the property might have a little riff raff nearby but there was none of that. Everyone was nice. The park nearby is a great place for a morning stroll. It was quiet at night. There was a neighbor with a noisy dog that we only heard like clockwork at the same time every morning for a few minutes. Other than the dog it was a very calm place to be. There are lots of great restaurants just to the north. It was a 20 minute drive into downtown every day. Traffic was never that bad. The outlet mall area to the north is a 12-15 minute drive and has lots of shopping. We acquired way way too much stuff. The last few VRBO/ABnB locations I have stayed had a very noticeable presence of owner stuff that filled drawers and closest. This property has none of that which was delightful.

First time vrbo stay

This was my family’s first time staying in a vrbo- this listing was absolutely perfect for our large family! The location was mere minutes away from our family that lived here. The neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. The home itself was very clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The host family was great with communication and responded very quickly with any questions I had regarding our stay. We will definitely be a returning guest within the year for our next family reunion here!

Great weekend

The property was just as described. We had such a fun time staying there and really enjoyed ourselves. They full kitchen was great so we could make our own meals and late night snacks. The townhouse was packed with everything we needed for our stay. The owners definitely took the time to make sure all amenities were covered and available. Would 100% stay there again. Wonderful place and owners who clearly care. The location was great too. Close to the freeway and close to tons of restaurants and grocery stores.

Great Location!

We had a great trip. Location was close to all things we needed: grocery, parks we had tournament games in and coffee! The house smelled good when we walked in and it was clean. We had most of all the amenities we needed. The owner was communicative and very accommodating to our last minute needs. We would definitely stay there again!

From the front entrance you will walk into the main living area. It has an open floor plan with the kitchen and dining area with a sliding door that leads to private fenced backyard patio area. The Kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops and backsplash. Stainless appliances.

Living room has a TV with Netflix (you will have to log in to your account).

There is a staircase to the left of the entrance that gets you to the upstairs area with two bedrooms and updated full bathroom with new floor, new white tub/shower tile, and a new vanity.

The Basement has a family room with two queen beds and three quarter bathroom and laundry room.
All new interior paint through out!

We do have exterior security cameras monitoring the place for your security and our protection.
