We were there for the Sunnyland Boat Festival. The covered dock was perfect for our Classic Boat, the home was great in every way and my wife loved sitting on the screened porch watching the wildlife. My wife received a visit from the host who checked in to see if we were happy with the accommodations an asked if we needed anything. We will be back.

Chip and Susan are gracious host! We stayed at their beautiful property during a week long fishing tournament and it is a fisherman’s dream. Chip was very helpful with showing the guys where they could park the boats and giving us a tour of the property. The house has everything you need and more. The view of the canal with the screened porch was where we spent most of my time. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with friendly people. We would love to come back again!!

Awesome spot

Drove from Indiana to fish for a week and we absolutely loved the place. Clean perfect space with a great layout and plenty of room. The garage is awesome and there is great boat parking in the canal. I have zero complaints about our stay.

Wonderful Camp on the Lake!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place had everything we needed and was so cute and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We were able to park our bass boat in the garage when needed or tie it up at the dock. Loved that there was electricity outlets on the dock to charge our boat batteries. This camp is perfect for those looking to bring their boat for fishing!!

Canal house on Lake Eustice

Modern appearance, clean, nice enclosed porch, everything was great. Only negative for us was that the owner worked next door daily and we felt we were being watched. It was never a problem, just my opinion.

Best place I have stayed while on a fishing trip

The house had a garage to keep the boat out of the rain and a dock to tie to if fishing the lake it was on. The house had a great screened in wrap around porch overlooking the canal. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Chip helped us fix a hitch as well. Outstanding place!

Wonderful!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful 4 weeks at Chip and Susan’s place in Leesburg Fl. The location is perfect for boating the Harris Chain of lakes. We brought our boat and the use of the dock and boat lift made our trip so enjoyable. My husband caught a variety of fish and we spent many hours sight seeing through the canals. We visited several dockside restaurants as well. When we weren’t boating, the screened in porch was our 2nd favorite place to be. We enjoyed our morning coffee listening to a variety of birds and watching fishermen and others boating along the canal. When we spent time indoors the home was very comfortable. From the furniture to the decor, it’s a very comfortable place to be. The kitchen included everything we needed to prepare our own meals. A gas grill is provided along with plenty of seating to eat indoors or on the screened porch. Chip and Susan were both easy to reach when we had questions. Chip even helped troubleshoot a problem we had with our boat. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in the Leesburg area.

Amazing getaway!

We had such an amazing time at Susan and her husband’s property!! They immediately contacted us after booking to see if we had any questions and to just tell us about the property. They were so nice and accommodating! Check in was a breeze. The property is right on the canal and so close to many different lakes and bodies of water. It was so nice having the canal view from the house! Also close to many cute towns like Tavares and Mount Dora. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! Our beds were very comfortable and we slept so good. We can’t say enough about how nice it was and what a great time we had staying here! We will definitely be back! Thanks again Susan and hubby (I forgot his name - so sorry). The Bruce family
