The Pine Cabin is a cozy one-bedroom retreat at Presidential Mountain Resort, designed for couples and solo travelers seeking peace and relaxation in the heart of the White Mountains. Warm wood-paneled interiors, a king-sized bed, and a private porch make it an ideal base for a quiet mountain escape.

The open-concept living area features a loveseat, dining table, and large windows with forest views. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle — complimentary instant coffee, hot cocoa, and tea stocked for your arrival. A charming loft offers a quiet nook for reading or games. High-speed WiFi and a smart TV with Roku round out the space.

As a PMR guest, you`ll have access to resort amenities including direct lake access, a barrel sauna, fire pit, playground, and seasonal bike and boat rentals on-site. On-site massages are available with advance booking.

Situated on a historic 250-acre property in Bethlehem, NH, the resort sits one mile off I-93 and is minutes from Littleton and Lincoln. You`re close to Franconia Notch State Park, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain, Loon, and Mount Washington — with exclusive guest discounts at nearby dining, ski rentals, and the Colonial Theatre.

Well-behaved dogs welcome — one per cabin, under 40 lbs, leashed when outside. Pack `n play available upon request. Exterior security cameras on property.

We welcome one dog per cabin, provided your furry friend weighs under 40 pounds and has a family-friendly temperament. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the cabin. Please note that pit bull-type dogs are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Gets the job done

The descriptions and images are accurate but make the place seem a bit nicer than it is. It's clean and the staff are helpful and nice. The set up is minimal and did not include several basics. For example, no dish soap or sponge despite only having 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The driveway is sand but there's no door mat so we had to sweep every day. The area is OK. We had some trouble finding restaurants (other than pizza and bars) that were open in the off season. There is a clear effort to improve the area, but it did have a work in progress vibe. The nearby trail was nice for walking the dog but the first 20-30 minutes was mostly washed out grassy/shrubs before getting into some real woods. We'd consider staying again.

Quaint cabin in quiet setting

We preferred this over a hotel stay and it was only for one night but we'd stay here again. The area is quaint and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze. There's a little pond out front and a fire pit if you choose to sit by the fire. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and attractions.

Great place

We stayed in Cabin 2. Check in was great as we were late driving up but the staff was so courteous and friendly. The cabin was very clean and perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. The kids loved having the loft to themselves after a day of skiing. There was a playground and pond that we didn’t utilize but we would definitely stay here again in the spring/fall for hiking.

It's the perfect little getaway for couples! Not too far from loon mountain and the cute town of Littleton NH
