Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Fully renovated. New salt wather and headed pool 26’x12’ with 12’x5 sun shelf . 6x6 jacuzzi . Just a 6 minute drive
from Manasota beach. A few minutes further is Caspersen beach is a great spot for finding shark teeth and collecting seashells. Venice also has a dog beach. The pier offers a beautiful view and amazing restaurants. Explore downtown Venice which is only a 15 minute drive. Many boutiques, restaurants, and parks to check out. For a bigger city experience Sarasota is 35 minutes away.

Beautiful property

My husband and I loved staying at this property. It was super clean and well-decorated. Would definitely stay again. The pool was really nice. The owners thought of all the tiny details to make the stay more enjoyable. A hidden gem for sure!

Absolutely beautiful!!

The house was very beautiful and modern. The property in and out was very clean. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing. I will be definitely staying there again!! The online photos do not do the property justice.

Relaxing week near the beach

I chose this property because of the private yard and pool. It's located very close the the tourist beach and the less busy Casper beach. The pool is new and plenty of pool floats and sitting areas. Very clean and nicely decorated. Oh, my dog was very comfortable there too.

The house was beatific. The pool was wonderful. Grilling out by the pool was great! My bed was so soft and comfortable. The house was stocked with so much stuff. Kitchen stuff, beach stuff, towels. We did have 1 issue with the storm blowing over furniture and they sent some one over to fix it on the fourth of July. It was located in a convenient area close to beaches and grocery stores. We had a great time.

A Gem

What a hidden little gem- The house is clean as can be, and comfortable in every way we could imagine. We loved, loved, loved the pool and outside seating areas. You can't possibly go wrong here, and we were thankful for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay.

We loved everything about the house except the couch which doubles as a bed (thankfully we didn't have to use it as one). It was hard as a rock so we couldn't sit around in the living room and relax after a day out in the sun.

Beautiful, Well stocked rental

This house was perfect for my family vacation. The house is updated nicely and very clean. My three teenage daughters loved the pool and hot tub. My wife and I appreciated all of the extras found at the house (5 bikes, plenty of beach chairs/gear/towels well stocked kitchen, etc.) Short drives to beach, downtown. Would definitely look to stay here again if we are in the Venice, FL area.

Beautiful home. Neighborhood safe and didn’t mind the properties being reclaimed nearby. Very safe. We’ve stayed in many many Vrbo properties and this one was the most well appointed. Everything you need. Minutes to the beach. Loved all the high tech features

A gem

Unassuming on the outside, luxury resort quality accommodations on the inside. Lots of distinctive accents and amenities like the barista station, the fireplace, the light-show pool lights, the sprawling patio area. Lots of small touches and supremely well-stocked. Great experience.

Lovely house in Venice

This home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable! We were able to do laundry. The owner responded quickly whenever I sent her a message. The pool was great and best of all the house is only 5 mins from the beach. I would definitely rent here again. So nice to see a home in Venice that has been updated and modernized.

Everything we could possibly need!

This was a great two-bedroom and two-bathroom home, perfect for our group of four adults. The host generously provided a coffee and tea bar, bathroom toiletries and toilet paper, laundry supplies; everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect for exploring the great beaches of Manasota Key and beaches in the Venice Beach area. Be sure to check out the Englewood Farmers Market on Thursdays. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the thoughtfulness of the host.

Family Getaway

The house was great for our family vacation, and all of the extra amenities helped make our stay easy breezy. It’s a short drive to historic downtown Venice, the beach, and the park, and our kids loved swimming in the pool. Our one frustration was that the hot tub didn’t work for the majority of our stay. It was eventually fixed, but then we had to contact the property manager every time we wanted it turned on/off. We ended up only being able to use it one evening. Overall, we would recommend it for a low key getaway!

Been visiting Venice for years and this house did not disappoint. The online posting and pictures were accurate. Host was easy to contact and always responsive. We had no issues at all. The pool is absolutely beautiful and fun for all ages.

South Venice

House is nice and the pool is very nice. All in the house was clean. And the kitchen and rooms and bathrooms were very positive. Only issue was that the property is not close to beaches or any stores,shops, coffee or shopping. Neighborhood is just ok. But wish we were walkable to resturants and or shops. Owner was good with communications and help. We had a small issue with the entry time. But this was resolved very amicably.

Rental in Venice

We had an enjoyable stay. The house is newly renovated in an older neighborhood that has a blend of houses, most of which are not rentals. There was a good amount of thought put into the amenities with a lovely new pool ,bikes, beach chairs etc. Landscaping and outdoor work around the pool needs to be done. Possibly an area for grilling. The location requires a car.

Nicely appointed accommodations inside only

Very nice and clean home inside but not outside. Landscaping and lawn need a lot of work, mostly dirt and weeds. Garbage had not been emptied prior to our arrival and some due to raccoons was all over front garage area. Some of the surrounding area is very run down. Pool and patio was littered with leaves obviously not cleaned before we arrrived.

Great House

We stayed for the weekend to visit family nearby. We had an issue with the outside glider falling over with some gusty winds which broke a pipe by the pool. The owner got back to us right away and sent someone to fix it that night. The back yard could use a little refresh but other than that. Very clean and perfect for what we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully remodeled home

Decor was awesome -modern but cozy, with quality finishes. Extras like beach towels, chairs, umbrella for the beach, and plenty of cleaning supplies, spices, tea and coffee, shampoo, soap, lotion etc. Beds are new memory foam and are very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch in the morning and evening. Only issue we had was fitting our minivan in the garage, which was a tight fit. There are bikes included which were nice to have. Good neighborhood for walking and biking. Once the landscaping is done this house will be a knockout on the outside like it is already on the inside.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner provided all of the essentials (for example, beach towels, cooler, soaps, ziplock bags, paper towels) so that you only needed to bring your clothes. We also enjoyed using the bikes around the neighborhood and at the park. The house looked like it was completely remodeled inside with everything new. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out in the screened porch. It was a short drive to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely consider this property again if we stay in this area again.
