Unobstructed views, unbeatable location, and brand-new! This 1.5 acre compound includes a 4-bedroom main house and a guest house that overlook 180 acres of farm fields. Outside, on-site amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, half-basketball / full pickle-ball court, and a backboard to practice tennis, lacrosse, etc. Indoors, enjoy two wood-burning fireplaces, one of which is on a screened-in porch, a home-gym with a bouldering wall, and a ping-pong and pool table. Enjoy listening to the ocean at high-tide and watching the sun set over the Farm Institute fields. This property is a quarter-mile to South Beach, 3 miles to Edgartown, and on the bike path with a public bus stop at the end of this dead-end dirt road.
