The space exudes a sense of sophisticated ease with a soothing palette and relaxed vibe. The large living spaces, include a private dining room with fireplace, a first floor bedroom with ensuite bath, soaking tub and shower, and three additional bedrooms, including an additional ensuite, on the second floor. The finished lower level has a gameroom with air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard, as well as comfortable lounging area with large sectional sofa, TV, sleeping area and full bath. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space with newly installed 32x14 saltwater pool and heated spa, expansive patio, built-in grill, outdoor shower and large private backyard.  Ideal location, 10 minute walk into town for coffee/ice cream/shopping or 15 minute bike to South Beach. A wonderful location and well equipped house to support a relaxing vineyard vacation. Summer weeks have ferry resv for purchase.

We absolutely loved this VRBO rental! We rented the home for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Sharon (the host) was very responsive to our questions before we arrived. The home is beautiful -- spacious, very comfortable and immaculate. The bathrooms are great with nice bath products and fresh towels and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard is beautiful with a heated pool, hot tub, barbecue and sitting area. The location couldn't be better as well. Downtown Edgartown was a 10-15 minute easy walk. I would highly recommend this home and hope to come back next year!

Amazing stay near town!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Sharon’s home. It is close walking distance to town and an easy bike to the beach. The house was exactly as listed and perfect for my girls trip.

The property was immaculate when we arrived and more beautiful than pictured. The house was stocked with everything you’d need during your stay. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the whole family. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions with restaurants and spots not to miss on the Vineyard. Proximity to town and the bike path made us stay very convenient. I highly recommend this property. Our stay was magic-in a large part to this home and location. Thanks again Sharon, you helped make our 50th wedding anniversary very special.

This house is everything and more! It is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable, the lawn is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We had everything we needed and more. Sharon was a wonderful and accommodating host. Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Sharon’s home was one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in - clean, beautifully designed, new pool, and well stocked with kitchen and recreational items. It was also in an excellent location, walkable to Edgartown and right off the bike path. Highly recommended.
