We had a great time during our stay. David was a great communicator and host. The rocket launches were amazing we could watch them from our balcony.

Ultimate Property !!

Everything described in listing and more! Stayed as a winter snowbird and we were so happy with it that we have plans for another booking. Host David was helpful and communicated very well. Clean, spectacular view, well stocked with all items one would need too. Great bed and small town quiet living a plus!.

Second winter here and planning a third one. Absolutely love it here and David is an excellent host. He responds immediately if needed. Lots of resort functions if you wish to partake, but we prefer to do our own thing. Pool here is wonderful and the view from our lanai is one main reason we love it here and continue to return. The sunrises and launches from NASA are breathtaking and the numerous dolphins that swim by and pelicans diving into the river for fish are very entertaining. Awesome place to be! Don't have this view at home in Pennsylvania!

Rockets,dolphins and an amazing view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Saw dolphins and manatees swimming in the river. There were multiple rocket launches to watch from the comfort of our lanai. The owner was quick to respond. And this condo was supplied with anything we could have possibly needed. Beds were comfortable, neighbors were quiet and the view was spectacular! We hope to come back!
