Close to Kennedy Space Center for a short working commute or to the Indian River for fishing and Manatee watching at Haulover Canal Point.
Beach goers will love Playlina Beach- not as crowded as Cocoa Beach. 😎
The driveway has ample parking for an RV or trailerable boat.
