Luxury Gulf View Home with (heated) Private Pool and Hot Tub on Navarre Beach

The name of this amazing home says it all! Welcome to Gulf Bliss where you will be surrounded by water views and the tranquility of Navarre Beach. This beautiful home sleeps up to 16 easily with 3 spacious floors and is literally just steps to the beach. The layout of the home insures plenty of space for those looking for time together with family and friends but also offers areas for those needing some quiet time on vacation too.

Take a dip in the 14 x 30 (heated) pool just off the first floor deck of the house or relax with a cocktail in the 6-person hot tub on the back deck just off the living room on the top floor. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $200 per stay! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - March 31 only. Please be aware that the pool heater will warm the water to approximately 85°F. It’s designed for comfort and will not feel hot like the hot tub. Temperatures may vary in colder weather and are not guaranteed.) The large outdoor shower just outside the front door is a great place to rinse the sun and sand of the day off before entering the home and a finished storage area in the garage is the perfect place to keep your beach supplies during your stay. A half bath and second refrigerator finish the ground floor storage area making this area the most convenient pit stop when coming in from the beach.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the first floor and find a space made for fun and entertaining! A bar area with a mini fridge, ice maker and microwave is the perfect spot to hone your craft cocktail skills or just pop some popcorn for the kids before watching a movie on the large flatscreen TV. With plenty of comfortable seating and a 4-seat pub table this is also the spot for a game night during your stay. This living area has a queen murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa with access to a full bathroom with a shower in it. This floor also opens to the balcony that the entrance to the pool is on. The balcony has a large patio table with comfortable seating so you can watch the kids splash in the pool and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor also has two bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. One of the baths has a tub and shower combo for the little ones. The third room on this floor has a queen bed and a private entrance to the bathroom that opens to the living area. Two twin size rollaway beds are stored on the ground floor for more bedding options.

The second or top floor contains the main living area , kitchen, and primary bedroom with ensuite bath. A half bath is located just off the living area for convenience. The living area is outfitted with comfortable couches for lounging on and a large flatscreen TV. One of the couches is also a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a long bar and is stocked with everything you might need to make a quick snack before heading to the beach or dinner for a crowd at the large dining table. Floor to ceiling windows bring the outside in so the beautiful Gulf views can be enjoyed while cooking or relaxing with family after a long day at the beach. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer is also on this floor. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and the ensuite bath has a soaker tub and large walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also opens to the hot tub deck so you can sneak away for a soak and take in the views. The second floor balcony can be accessed from the living/dining area and the cozy seating invites you to relax after a homecooked meal and relax surrounded by the emerald waters and the sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.

Complimentary WiFi, gas grill and outdoor shower. This incredible home also comes with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, beach towels, and beach toys!

The home was well appointed and location with the amenities of a heated pool, elevator, hot tub, and a closet of beach items to use was nothing short of amazing. The layout was perfect to share the home with friends and the number of bathrooms was perfect so no one had to share. We loved the proximity to the beach, the road is not a busy one at least while we were there and it was a quick walk to the beach. The pier and conservation center are close which made for an easy daytime activity and it’s a quick ride into town as well. The heated pool and hot tub are nice for the kids we had with us since the beach had so many jellyfish and the water was still chilly. Amazing all around.

Kitchen area was excellent. Ate several meals and the property and everything was accommodating. Pool area worked out very well. Very spacious outside. Seating was great for gatherings. We had beautiful weather so did not have to really stay inside very much but I can see even if the weather had turned sour and rainy. Plenty to do inside property but overall, I’d give it a a 10 on a scale of one to 10 we stayed in several condos and other properties over the years, but found this to be the most enjoyable from the grandkids enjoying it to all the family members who worked out very well thank you again

The top floor has the master bedroom only on it and a couch that coverts to a bed. All the other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Also , the only shower on the top floor is in the master bathroom. They have a 1/2 bath. We loved it. It was in a great location and the views are amazing !

It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved having the fridge in the basement as well as the kitchen. The owners of this home thought of everything. Our extended family of 13 fit perfectly. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the showers were amazing. All of the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we picked up our paperwork from the office, we knew our trip was going to be fabulous! The house is beautiful! Has everything you need. Elevator is great especially when you pack like my family. Everything was perfect and clean. Pool and Jacuzzi were a great way to end our days at the beach. Lots of great restaurants and things to do for everyone in the family. The beach is great and most days we did not see one person. Bike path is right in front of the house. Toys for the kids, beach chairs. Just bring your clothes and groceries, the rest is waiting for you at this beautiful house! Navarre Beach is truly the most relaxing place in Florida.

From top to bottom, the property was very clean and well maintained. We hosted a Super Bowl gathering at the house and were grateful for how well-stocked the kitchen was. The cooks in our family loved the kitchen! We were also grateful for the beach toys, the wagon to take to the beach and the outdoor shower. The heated, gated pool and hot tub were blessings on the chilly days. My only suggestion would be to install hooks inside the outdoor shower. We only needed to reach out to the property management team a few times ( not for problems, but to find things), and they immediately responded each time. All in all, it was a fantastic family vacation location that helped create lifetime memories.

Quiet area of beach with plenty of room to spread out. The home was furnished with everything you need, including games for the kids. We enjoyed the large deck areas. The pool was perfect. The only issue we had was with the pool gate key. It seems the lock is corroded with salt water. Our kids were big enough not to be concerned, but keep this in mind if you have smaller kids. Also, scheduled maintenance on the home interrupted our day two different days. It’s necessary, but in a perfect world this would be done between check out and the next guests’ check in time. Regardless this home ranks #1 in our 40+ years coming to Navarre and ties with our favorite Orlando vacation rental. We would come again if it’s available on our next family beach vacation.

All of our children w/ spouses and children traveled in, plus my mom. We were a party of 15 staying in this beautiful home. We had plenty of room on the three levels and the elevator came in handy for my 78 yr old mom, our groceries, loading in and out all of the luggage. The pool was an unexpected treat when we were all tired from the day at the beach, the pool was perfect. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it, while we sat on the patio enjoying the evening. There were plenty of toys in a near by storage container. The kids loved it! The second kitchen came in handy off the pool area, including the bathrooms. The main kitchen is also a place where we all hung out. Plenty of seating. Loved the stools for the huge counter. We did use the second fridge downstairs. Was helpful for extra frozen items. Only hitch, we did not know where the key was to the pool area. It was clearly on our list of items we received, but had overlooked it. They quickly responded to our phone call. Throughly loved this place!!!🩷 Great memories!!🩷💕

We met as 3 families, total of 5 kids and 6 adults, to spend Thanksgiving week together. There is more than enough entertainment at the house alone with the pool, hot tub, beach across the street and awesome seating throughout both inside and out. And if the weather happens to be bad, you can easily connect to any of your apps via the TVs throughout or just relax on the covered patio - both have a fire pit feature and lots of great seating with incredible views. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook if that's what you wish to do and the owners and property management were incredibly responsive both leading up to the trip as well as while we were there. Can't go wrong with this place...we will be back!!

The out door siting areas and outside shower makes this one of the nicest homes I have stayed in. Check in and out is super easy. Our only complaint was the Hot Tub was beyond words of gross. Called and was cleaned the afternoon before our departure, therefore never got to enjoy. Other than the hot tube, our stay was perfect
