Nice location but…

First night, people having party at large pool; drinking beer while in pool and pizzas being delivered by local vendor..no security in sight. We couldn’t take the kids (ages 5,11,12) to pool that night, much to their disappointment. Fridge took more than 18 hours to cool; mgmt blamed housekeeping for leaving doors open while cleaning. Don’t believe that was reason..it wasn’t clean. Floors were covered in sand upon arrival and had not been swept, vac’d or mopped. Pull out bed had dirty sheets….covered in food crumbs and food wrappers; water bottles under the couch. If you go on vacation to clean house, this is the place for u!

Crystal Tower is actually a very Family Friendly property, but at 10:30 p.m. at night and in Summer you will still get some young adults enjoying themselves at the pools. Our housekeepers actually do a fantastic if you read the other reviews. In regards to the refrigerator, this is a brand new stainless steel fridge and it is very common for it to take a while for your food to get cold. As explained to guest, on a turnover, the guests departing are emptying their food which leaves the fridge open for a period of time, then housekeeping cleans the fridge which also leaves the fridge door open for a period of time, then guests arrive and fill the fridge with food. So it takes the fridge at least 4 hours to cool. Please read other reviews to reflect what a lovely property this is.

Great Place!

Very clean and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo. The view is wonderful even from across the street! The kitchen is fully stocked with nice cookware and utensils which is a huge plus for us that like to stay in and cook. Overall this condo exceeded our needs for the week!

Absolutely GREAT!!

This condo was amazing! Perfect location. Perfect amenities. Beautiful view! Newly renovated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again. Check in super easy and check out just as easy!!
