As of January 2024, Black Butte Ranch has updated their recreation fees to a resort fee percentage based on the nightly rate. This fee is included in your booking and you will no longer have to pay extra fees upon arrival at the welcome center.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the on the meadow not far from the entrance of the ranch. The home is nicely situated on a large 5 acre lot with views of the horses in the meadow and the snow capped Three Finger Jack mountain.

We especially enjoy the new Lakeside Pool and Bistro facility. An excellent place for a morning cup of coffee to soak in one of the best mountain views in Oregon.

Getting Around:
With paved walking/biking paths throughout the ranch, it's easy to explore what Black Butte has to offer without a car.

We currently reside in Portland, Oregon and manage our other Airbnb space in our home. In addition to the experienced hosting we offer, we have set up a dependable local team that can respond to immediate needs that require an in person visit.
