2 Bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished condo, spacious and comfortable with NEW stainless steel stove, oven, microwave and hood vent. New washer/dryer, 45” TV. NEW queen size pillow top beds, NEW fold down leather couch as a twin bed. Parking for 2 vehicles in a 24/7 gated community. Two blocks from the beach and a 10 min walk to the downtown Jaco area. Premium Cable TV (many selections and English channels to), free updated business speed Wifi (100/50mg) and central A/C. Offers a secure family friendly community with large L shaped shared pool, several BBQ ranchos, kid's playground, gazebo area and extensive green tropical gardens.
Just one hour and thirty minutes from the San Jose Airport! Jaco is known for having a bustling nightlife, eclectic dining, and outstanding aquatic activities. Walking distance to many eclectic restaurants, shops, banks and numerous bus stops (1,000 colones will get you anywhere in town).
All guests in our condo will receive 15% discount at the ACQUA Salon & Spa for any of the following services- Massage, Facials, Nails, Salon and Body Treatments! Just let me know and we can get you authorized with Giovanni Zuniga the owner!
For rentals that are 1 month or longer, you will be responsible for the electricity bills. As we clarified in our message and policies we do not accept visitors if they are not registered before the check in date.

Each morning was great walking out on the patio watching the iguanas and squirrels and MacCaws climb trees. Melissa was a fabulous host and so very kind to us which we really appreciated and can't give her enough praise as she made our stay enjoyable and hassle free.

This property was just wonderful. Safe, clean, and a short distance to town

I strongly recommend this location. melissa sotop, was in charge of the coasts Linda condo that I stayed at and was very helpful in making me feel welcomed. She made sure to check in on me often (very professional). The condo met all my needs and the ground keepers were great people. Will return here again for sure.

Good unit, but many condo rules

Overall good unit, but lots of condo rules. Felt like I was in one of Ft. Lauderdale condos. Elevator wasn't working so it was very tiring hauling our luggage to the 3rd floor. The check in person called a person to help, but that was after we unloaded most of our stuff. It would have been nice if she thought to call for an assistant when we arrived instead. Beds are old and small. Curtain needs to be darker also.

Why they chose this property

We really like the location and south/west facing layout. The sun is inviting and fills the condo with natural light for most of the day and offers beautiful sunsets. Tropical birds are always hanging out in the trees off the balcony.

What makes this property unique

The property is quiet and secure with 24/7 gated entry. The grounds are beautifully manicured and offers a tranquil beauty that invites a variety of native birds including Scarlet Macaws. We encourage families to stay here as there is a safe and inviting with 2 playground areas, 6 BBQ areas complete with grills, counters, sinks and tables- and large L shaped pool with a kid's pool to with plenty of seating options.
