With its prime location, you will have just a short walk to all the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options that Pier Park has to offer. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Large windows provide breathtaking views of the ocean and allow natural light to flood the space. You'll have access to a full kitchen, a spacious living area, and a large private balcony with stunning views of the beach and surrounding area.
Calypso Tower III has a amazing zero entry swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation and fun. Pool is heated during the colder season. Guests can also enjoy hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor firepit. Cabanas can be rented for additional fee. Tiki Bar is located next to the pool and one at the beach access.
Whether you're up for a day of sun and sand on the beach, taking a dip in the pool, or exploring the local attractions, this condo is the perfect home base for your next vacation.

Ocean Breeze towers above!

Lovely beach condo perfectly located near the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Perfect views of sunrise and sunset. Every employee of the resort we encountered was so nice and friendly. Owner provided all the information we needed in advance. We definitely would like to stay at Ocean Breeze again!

Great Place!

This was an amazing property as listed. The floors were dirty but nothing else to complain about, I feel that is out of the owners hands. Would definitely use this condo again.

This condo is just like in the pictures. Tastefully decorated, clean, and in a great spot. Easily walkable to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Fast elevators, quiet location on the 18th floor, beautiful views. It's convenient to the Frank Brown and Publix sports fields.

We were very pleased with our stay! We will definitely go back! Condo had amazing views just like the owner posted! Super clean and super comfortable! We like good showers and comfortable beds and this one did not disappoint!! So much to do within walking distance! Could sit on the balcony and view the scenery all week! Overall a wonderful stay! The unit was very nice and up to date. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The view was very nice to be across from the beach. I would recommend this unit. The workers of Calypso were a little aggravating coming around asking to see wrist bands every 15 minutes. That was a bit excessive.

Looking forward to a return stay. The condo was just as presented in the pictures with multiple elevators and very quick. Adam was more than helpful providing many insights for my first visit to Panama City Beach. The pool was wonderful and heated to 84 degrees in late April. Emerald Hub on the first floor had great food options for all meals as well as delicious coffee and donuts. The store/hub and check in office have sunscreen available for purchase. Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree are within walking distance for necessities. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with others…be back soon.

Excellent Property

This condo unit and property was absolutely outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Both are well maintained, clean and friendly staffed. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs and all in excellent/great condition. The master bedroom was spacious and the bedding was so comfortable. The entire unit is cozy and tastefully decorated. I can't say enough about the view! Being on the 18th floor, it was magnificent and absolutely no issues of waiting for an elevator at anytime during our 7 week stay. Restaurants, shops, beach are within a few minutes away. Groceries, Walmart, Target and more within a 5 min drive. Our host Adam was very quick to respond to any questions throughout our booking process and he reached out during our stay to keep us updated on any property maintenance (pool/power washing garage) that would be happening. Highly recommend this 1 bedroom unit and I believe he has another larger unit on 7th floor. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay carefree and comfortable. Would love to return
