Completely renovated 4BR/2BA home just a 4-minute walk to Sister Bay Beach! Enjoy a spacious yard, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and included beach gear. Perfect for families or groups. Please note: we’re located directly behind Husby’s, which hosts live music nightly in summer. Light sleepers may prefer a quieter spot outside of town.
Main Floor
Step inside to a cozy living room with luxury vinyl floors, stylish decor, an 88” leather sofa, comfy seating, and a large Smart TV. The open-concept kitchen/dining area features wraparound cabinetry and a central 8-foot counter-height table, perfect for connecting over meals. Off the kitchen, step out onto a spacious new deck with Polywood furniture, a dining set, and a fire pit in the grassy backyard—plus bean bag toss for fun!
This level also includes a serene master bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV, as well as a full bath with a tub and tiled shower (not en suite for shared access). The staircase to the second floor is located here as well.
Second Floor
Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area with a cozy couch, board game table, Smart TV, aa "60 games in 1" arcade machine for those rainy days, and toys for all ages. One king bedroom includes a balcony and connects to a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower, also accessible via hallway for use by other guests. Down the hall, another spacious bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a Smart TV.
Lower Level
Accessible through the kitchen, the lower-level bedroom features 2 queen beds, a Smart TV, and a large egress window for plenty of natural light. A brand-new washer and dryer are available in the adjacent laundry room.

Hello! We are Corey and Carrie! We have been together for over a decade and have 4 amazing kids (ages 10, 8, 4 and 1) who keep us very busy! We homeschool our kids and bounce back and forth between Fish Creek and our house in Madeira Beach, FL!
Aside from the kids we are very active real estate investors with a growing portfolio of rental properties and we always have a couple of flip projects going on! We are die hard Green Bay Packer fans! We love getting to know people and are excited to meet you!

Why they chose this property
This property was such a joy to bring back to life! It was a big project but we really created a space where couples, friends, and families can gather and create memories. It is a wonderful home base for exploring not only Sister Bay but all of Door County!
