NAMED after the model who was often the stand-in for the famous pin-up actress, Betty Grable, this 4,000 square foot estate is in model shape for “Calm Springs” entertaining. Quartz counter tops, terrazzo floors, sweeping views of the mountains, smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms, and seating for 18 inside set a perfect stage for your relaxing vacation.

This estate is also considered “kosher ready” with a kitchen containing 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens. What’s more, the Chabad of Palm Springs is a quick walk away.

Every inch of this property whispers quiet elegance from the grand entrance to the calm ambiance of the outdoor fire pit. Notable architectural elements include a rain shower, matching stainless steel sinks, and an innovative, laminar flow, water spout for the master tub which fills from the ceiling!

The pool area is to die for too; a private walled oasis away from outside eyes featuring chaise loungers, BBQ area, dining options, fire-pit and a Jacuzzi ALL with unobstructed mountain views!

Quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties is mandatory. 4 - Good Neighbor Policy Guests must comply with all City of Palm Springs short-term rental regulations, including noise, occupancy, and conduct standards. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and city fines. 5 - Parking – City Regulated A maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted on the property. Palm Springs Wedding

This house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. We were in town for a family wedding and we all had a wonderful time. We especially loved the pool and spa, and the fruit from the orange and grapefruit trees was a quite a treat. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing Palm Springs Getaway

The photos do not do this house justice! This is a gorgeous property and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and given a tour of the property. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We loved the extra fridge, all the amenities and the open layout. We especially enjoyed having fresh squeezed juice in the morning from the orange tree on the property. We had such a fabulous time. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic stay in May

Great property, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a group of five couples. The group loved spending time in the pool and spa, cooking dinners and hanging out. The outside view is beautiful and relaxing. The property is a short ride to anything you need. The owner and property management is very easy to engaged with, quick to reply and support any question or request. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

A Gem of a house!

Great home, great location, great pool, and super comfortable and spacious. Just beware: There is a zero tolerance policy for any music being played outside, which wasn't a huge issue, but just make sure to read the fine print! David was easy to reach anytime we needed anything. We definitely will be back!

This gorgeous home has everything you need to make for a true Palm Springs experience. Spacious mid century property in lovely neighborhood with other gorgeous homes. Pick citrus fruit right off the tree! Fully stocked kitchen. Close to downtown and all the sights. David was super informative.

Beautiful property and mountain views!

The home is immaculate, and David our host was excellent in welcoming us to the property. We were allowed an early check in and that helped greatly. The house is well appointed and we lacked for nothing. My only suggestion is that the bedroom windows and sliders need blackout shades that can be lowered at night for folks that want to sleep past sunrise. The neighborhood is quiet.

Wonderful stay!

We were a group of nine women, coming for a relaxing and fun extended weekend away to reconnect. The house is absolutely stunning - plenty of space for all of us. Our host David allowed for an early check in since we all arrived at different times which was wonderful. He met us at the house and showed us all of the particulars. He was very responsive via text - we didn't have any needs during our stay, however I have no doubt anything would have been tended to quickly. The pool area was paradise, and the views were spectacular. I will note that this house backs up to a golf course, and the first two mornings, there was a lot of mowing on the course. It didn't bother us, but it was a little noisy. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and easy to walk. I would highly recommend this house for a group looking for a retreat to relax and enjoy Palm Springs!

Pure perfection!

I can’t begin to find enough superlative words to describe our stay in this beautiful house. It was absolutely perfect and flawless in every way. The house was gorgeous, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could ever need, in the kitchen and throughout the house.The home was impeccably clean, and the owners had considered every need we could possibly come up with. The communication upon our arrival was the best I have ever experienced. We got a 20 minute tour of the property, explaining everything about the home’s systems, such as the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, spa, air conditioning, the list goes on and on. The tour was so thorough that we never once needed to contract our host with questions. The kitchen was an absolute dream, with multiple sets of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, silverware, serving pieces, and every kitchen appliance I could ever want or need. It was truly a cook’s dream kitchen. The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated, and the beds were so luxurious and comfortable! I could not find a single thing wrong with this property. I am sure my family will return many times to this beautiful, calm and peaceful oasis. The large yard and pool area had the most majestic view of the palm trees and mountains. It felt like we were in our own personal oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, with many beautiful mid century homes, yet very close and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails.

Family Holiday Getaway

We all had an amazing relaxing holiday. The house was incredible with everything you could ever image for entertaining, cooking and outdoor dining. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful tranquil view. The house is beautiful just like photos and well stocked. Loved all the dishes, China and tons of serving pieces for from casual to China. Did I mention 2 dishwashers and 2 washers and 2 dryers. Would highly recommended this beautiful property ! Thank-you David, James and Laurie for making this a special getaway for my family!

4 generations of fun

The Betty Grable Estate was exactly as described. From our easy check in through the simple check out, our Ling week end was filled with time making great family memories. The was something fir everyone aged from 3 to 95. The large home and spacious layout gave us room for meals together as well as a puzzle and board game area. We lived the double dishwashers and well appointed kitchen. Each night, we slept well in our comfy beds with super soft sheets. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and we all enjoyed the floats. Thank you Mod Mansions for making us feel at home...we will book again!

We were impressed overall. The small book of rules were off-putting however. David was thorough and affable. We were disappointed that the home wasn't actually owned and lived in by Betty Grable. Amazing house!

I can't say enough things about this house or the owners. The owners were gracious and very responsive. They even allowed us to drop our stuff off early and were super accommodating to our schedule. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you could ever want. The backyard was by far our favorite spot and we spent the entire weekend out there. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town.

Beautiful home!

This is a great house with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was really nice inside- lots of space for everyone, comfortable beds, and seating for many all around the house. Everything worked beautifully and the owners were very responsive. Overall, a great place to rent for groups.

Great getaway with friends

We loved our stay in the Betty Grable Estate! Jim was extremely attentive as a host, thorough and courteous throughout our stay and made sure all of our questions were addressed. The house itself was phenomenal, sparkling clean upon arrival and incredibly spacious, even for our group of nine guests. By the time our trip had ended we were already looking forward to our next visit!
