The place wasn't as described. The host had his own rules and charged us extra money in cash. There was no way to access the property on time with proper lock access. The lights were all flickering. It said beautifully renovated. It wasn't renovated at all. Everything was broken the washing machine smell like smoke. The bathroom was so tiny could barely fit in the hose. Also asked us to take our own garbage out, which was terrible without any instructions about where to throw the garbage or where the extra bags are we had a very terrible experience and will never recommend verbal to anybody. This is our first time having a verbal and this is what we gone?

Pourquoi dire en message privé que vous avez passé un excelent sejour et que vous etiez ravi de l appartement ! La premiere chose que Laure montre au moment du check in , c est le local poubelles qui est à coté de l 'ascenseur! L'appartement fait 26m2 comme vous avez lu dans la description donc oui la salle de bain est petite et fonctionnelle ! Si vous fermez le lave linge apres avoir fait une machine alors oui quand vous l ouvrez il va y avoir une mauvaise odeur c est pouruoi Laure vous dit de l aisser la porte du lave linge ouverte fin qu il n y est pas d humidité. Tous les supplements pour les arrivées le soir et les departs tres tot sont notés dans le reglement interieur donc il suffit de lire! et oui comme noté dans l annonce c est un accuil en prsonne donc sur rendez vous et pareil pour restituer les clés ! PAS de boite à cles comme noté sur l annonce il suffit de lire. Accueil classique de 15H à 19H sur rendez vous Donc en prenant rendez vous 5h du matin pour endre les clés oui il fallait payer 30€ comme noté dans le reglement interieur! Non Laure ne fait pas ces propre reglés tout et noté ici

The pictures do not do justice to the apartment. The entrance hall was scruffy and covered win a white plastic sheet on the floor with a smell coming from the bins in the hallway. The apartment is very small with very little space in an old block. The bedsheets and towels rather old and mismatched (green, purple, grey, brown) and the bathroom tiny with a small hand washing basin offset from the mirror. There is lots of clutter in the apartment such as plastic flower pot and a stool without a back (its broken and not fixed). Only one set of keys were left for us so it made our day rather difficult to do separate things. BE AWARE the owner uses a concierge who charges 55 EUR for late check in which I think is very bad. This is not shown clearly on the English VRBO site. There is not a key safe like other properties. The owner corresponds rather forcefully and explains that this charge is on the French site so you must pay! There is no late check out and a charge of 15 EUR to leave your bags for the day. Altogether a bad stay and I would not stay again.

Yes the apartment is 26m2 as notify on the advertising so it is not A castle that you rented. There was construction work in the building, so the company did cover the stairs to avoid damaging the floor. I don't see how this was a problem for you you have also a lift!. You requested to store your luggage until 6PM on departure day so Yes, our concierge service can certainly take care of your luggage. It is indeed a paid service, as you must make an appointment.To retrieve them, as in all lockers in Nice. You complain that there is no key box; this is also noted in the advertisement, which states that everything is done in person, including check-in and check-out.The late arrival surcharges are also listed, but you hadn't read them! When you arrive late in the evening and the announcement states that check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm, your flight lands During the night, you should check the conditions of arrival in the evening! So either read the rules or ask the host before booking. It is perfectly normal to pay for a service such as late arrival or having your luggage stored all day.Then reschedule an appointment so you can pick them up. Please read description apartment and rules house
