Cute two bed apartment in Old Town Nice

Great location on a quiet residential street. Close to shops and restaurants. Host was very friendly and was very communicative/accessible if we needed anything!

Fantastic location to explore Old Nice and close to all the shops, restaurants and ocean! Paul was great to deal with and gave us great suggestions about where to eat and shop. He even provided a bottle of water, wine and apple juice and coffee to kick off our stay. It was really hot while we were there (August 2026), so the fans were super appreciated. If you are going in the summer, just know ahead of time there is no AC.

Fantastic place and manager. I leave this tip for future visitors and not as a reflection of the listing. You do NOT need a car in Old Town Nice. If you must rent, don't rent until the day you need to leave, and just take the tram or an Uber to the airport. We loved the place, the host, and the location and would definitely stay here again.
