Relax in this charming, bright, well-equipped house just 1 mile from Sag Harbor Village and bay beaches and 5 miles from the ocean. Enjoy the large, sunny deck and swimming pool, beautiful new kitchen, outdoor lounging and dining areas, outdoor shower, and sunsets overlooking a 600 acre nature preserve.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a ONE WEEK MINIMUM stay for bookings between Memorial Day and Labor Day until May 15. Thereafter, we accept requests for shorter stays subject to availability.

Included: basic cooking equipment, coffee maker, towels, linens, complimentary bath supplies, beach towels, folding beach chairs, beach umbrella.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
