Amazing Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described (if not better). From the kitchen to the outdoor space, everything was well-appointed and thoughtfully stocked, which made relaxing and entertaining effortless.What really made the experience stand out was the host. Super responsive, proactive, and clearly committed to making sure we had a great stay. It felt like we were truly welcomed rather than just booked.This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Sag Harbor Home

This is the perfect home to enjoy all the Hamptons has to offer - perfectly located between Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Bridgehampton & Southampton - all without getting on the dreaded Montauk Highway!! Cozy 3 bedroom home w/ uber comfy beds & gourmet kitchen. Jeffrey was the perfect host and was able to give excellent recommendations for everything we wanted to experience. Completely private location - tranquility at its finest!!

Sag Harbor Spectacular

the host could not have been better. From when we got there to throughout our stay. The House is amazing to hang out in, totally private and incredibly relaxing, We will be coming back, unless its booked, which it should be! the pool is just beyond private and relaxing. Great place and highly recommended!

A beautiful setting and pool make this a special place to stay. The kitchen is a cook's delight, and all the tools are there to make some memorable meals. Jeff is a great host and this all combines to make for an easy stay.

Comfortable and Quiet Retreat

We loved the location and the house! Kitchen was updated and huge deck with lots of seating. Beds and large couches were so comfortable. We loved this retreat from our busy schedules. Jeffrey was a great host!

Perfect Fall Trip

This house was perfectly secluded and perfectly close to everything. The house was very comfortable for our party of 4. Jeffrey was so nice and made sure that our stay was perfect, offering restaurant suggestions and checking in to make sure that everything was going well. I will definitely stay here next time we visit the area!

Fantastic vacation!

The house was even nicer than depicted in the pictures. It was so comfortable and inviting! Everything you could want for a perfect vacation was at the house. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and the pool was pretty large. Now we come to Jeff the perfect host! More than just a host but someone who wanted to make sure that you had a great vacation, more like a friend! Jeff was always available to answer any questions and always had perfect recommendations for restaurants and thins to do! We plan to come back every year if Jeff will have us!

A perfect getaway

Want to escape every day chores, to take a pause from a busy and hectic life? Just like a fairy tale, there is a Jeff’s home! This beautiful place, has everything you need to forget It all. This luxurious yet cozy house offers complete privacy, wonderful nature surrounding, …. pool, hot tub, chefs kitchen, amazing sound system and even a piano. It is a perfect gateway and honestly you don’t even need to go anywhere. But if you chose to, it is 10min away from the beach, shops, restaurants and most importantly- a Starbucks. Jeff is an awesome host, friendly, approachable and full of great tips. We had a wonderful time

Hampton Retreat

The property is currently titled "The Perfect Hampton Retreat!" and I'd say that is accurate. You feel as if you are out in the middle of nowhere, yet have easy access to all that the Hampton's has to offer. Jeff was great to work with. He asks that you text or call with any questions and made it a nice and easy getaway.

Perfect escape from city

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for a quiet escape and convenient to experience both nature and the beach. Grateful for the super attentive host who was always available to help make our stay as pleasant as can be.

Super comfy, airy spot with great vibes

First of all, this host is fantastic. Accommodating, lightning-responsive, fair, and just plain cool. So often, summer rentals can feel cold, or awkward, or are missing really basic things for living. In this house, by contrast, it’s immediately clear that the house is very much loved. It’s tasteful, with comfy furniture, a light filled main room, with soaring cathedral ceilings anchored by a killer fireplace. The Kitchen is ideal too, open plan, great appliances, and all the cooking tools you could possibly imagine that you might possibly use... The location is a hidden little nook out in the hamptons, near the north shores and a couple marinas. Plenty dining and groceries too. I’d love to return if he’ll have me..!!

Perfect Summer Getaway

I rarely write reviews but when my family and I have an extraordinary experience, it is worth sharing. My wife, daughter and I spent 7 days at Jeff’s home in the Hamptons and needless to say it was a memorable one for us all. The house is minutes off a main road yet tucked nicely into the wooded areas - allowing you to have immediate access to the main town of Sag Harbor and the privacy you hope when with your family on vacation. The house itself is expansive and immaculate. There is plenty of room for a large family or a group of friends. We enjoyed BBQing, swimming in the pool and completely unraveling from the stresses of everyday life. Jeff, the owner, was attentive and always a phone call away. Upon meeting him in person, you instantly received a genuine feeling like you could befriend him - and in fact we did! I highly recommend and fully endorse renting his property whether for a week or a month, you will be happy you did and sorry you left.

Serenity and Fun

The entire property is nestled away in the beautiful woods of Sag Harbor. When you are there you feel as if you are 1,000 miles away from anything. It is truly a private sanctuary. That being said, you are also a 5 minute drive to local grocers and restaurants and very centrally located for visiting any of the fabulous towns of the area. The house is not a commercial property it is someone's home and the warmth and familiarity of the design lends itself to making you feel as if it is your home. The owner, Jeff, allows you complete access to everything from his pantry to whatever is in the fridge similar to borrowing a family members vacation house. He was always available to answer any questions and maintains the house and property better than most people do for their own homes. The landscaping and outdoor space is the best part. There are both gas and charcoal bbq's both fully equipped with utensils/tools and two tanks of propane making it so easy to throw food on the grill while you and other guests enjoy the expansive outdoor patio area and pool area. The gas BBQ is commercial grade with over six burners you can cook anything any style. It's awesome. The entire outdoor area, pool and patio, is beautifully landscaped in a bohemian almost tropic style. The hottub has more jets than nasa spaceship and gets to 105 degrees with all the adjustability you could want. At night, the outdoor space is well lit but you should definitely take advantage of the well placed candle lanterns through the outside areas. You feel like you are on an episode of Survivor, but without the stress! The inside of the house is in a similar bohemian style and the owner certainly has a passion for music, as there is a beautiful grand piano (perfectly tuned) and a fantastic, easy to use, surround sound stereo system that allows you to play music both indoors and outdoors and an iPod/iPhone ready cord for true plugin play access. The TV is modest but works fine and there is a handy Roku type of device for streaming video. The kitchen is fabulous! It could be on a tv show with a commercial grade gas stove with 6 burners and flat grilltop. There are plethora of pans, pots, steamers, etc...so if you are gourmet chef or just a rudimentary cook, the kitchen will be delight. Though the bathrooms are outdated, there are plenty of towels and a amazing outdoor shower. In short, this place is gem and easy to use making it a great place relax and vacation.

This is a wonderful Sag Harbor getaway and is close to all Hampton beaches and activities. The house comes completely equipped with all necessary amenities needed for a relaxed and fun filled vacation. Please note pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
