• Full access is granted to the house, backyard, and the eastern 100 feet of private beachfront. The Beach Cottage (with separate parking, beach access, and equipment) may be occupied during your stay.
• Optimum internet and cable television are provided.
• There is free onsite parking for 3-4 vehicles in the large backyard.
• After booking, you will receive an email requiring you to e-sign our rental agreement and upload your ID. A $500 deposit will be held on your credit card two days before your stay and released seven days after your departure.
