Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community with guards on duty 24 hours. The resort is only 5 miles from Disney and 18 miles to Universal Parks. Within just a few minutes you’ll find lots of shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Target, Publix, Red Lobster, BoneFish Grill, Chuy’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Denny’s, Margaritaville Resort district and too many others to list.

The villa is professionally managed locally.

Our home is cleaned following VRMA cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Our cleaners are using disinfecting cleaners on all surfaces with extra attention being paid to high touch surfaces. White linens and towels are washed using soap and bleach.

We provide remote check-in. You can check yourself in directly at the property with remote door code access. However, you will need to stop at the gatehouse upon arrival to show ID and pick up your vehicle pass.

If we are unable to honor your booking due to Florida State or Osceola County mandating new restrictions due to Covid-19, we will refund 100% of your deposits paid.

In order to avoid large gatherings, Windsor Palms has strict vehicle limits, noise ordinances and streets are patrolled regularly. All adult guests are registered with the resort gatehouse and only registered guests are allowed entry into the resort.

Gatherings in the home are limited to 14 people.

This is a beautiful house, and great for a large family. We were only three adults, so only used the downstairs rooms. The pool is private, beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is secure and nice. Our only issue was that the hot tub was just lukewarm and the nights were very cold in January, so it's really not a "hot tub." Otherwise, everything was very nice.

Great week long stay! Close enough to Disney for day trips to parks and relaxing downtime in the evening. Very useable by senior parents with limited mobility. Plenty of space for the 6 adults and family dog to spread out if needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great time! Host was very available with any questions/ concerns we had and responded promptly. House was very inviting, exactly as pictured, clean, spacious, fun and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed! We utilized the community amenities as well which we loved! Loved the fact that house was on a cul de sac for the young kids to ride their bikes and play. Pool was clean and perfect. Loved the fact there was a security gate around the pool as well as high locks on all doors leading to the pool. This was especially comforting as we traveled with an autistic 5 year old. Much appreciated and that alleviated any concerns we had prior to our arrival.

What a magical place to have a family vacation. We traveled with our children and grandchildren for a Disney vacation and loved this house. So much for the kids to do on off days. And, every day most of us, if not all of us, were in the pool. It was so nice to have the option to go swimming after a long day in the park. I would recommend this vacation villa to anyone traveling to the Orlando area with a large group.

Third time, and still a charm! We have been coming to the same area for the past decade, and this house is our favorite within Wyndham Palms. We would stay here every visit if it were available. Why they chose this property

This home has the largest lot in Windsor Palms Resort. It's located on a pie shaped lot, allowing us a little extra space between the neighbors to each side. It's a very private pool area with no back neighbors and a conservation view. The pool is south facing so we have wonderful sun most of the day but lots of shade in the covered patio area too!

Windsor Palms Resort is situated in the PERFECT LOCATION. Only 10 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal, Restaurant District 5 min, Walmart 5 min, Margaritaville shopping and restaurants 5 min., 20 min to factory outlets, 1 hr to Busch Gardens in Tampa, 1 hr 20 min to Cocoa Beach, and much, much more.
