In a beautiful hillside location above the sea, above the idyllic Valtaki sandy bay, on a hill covered with olive trees is the lovingly furnished holiday home AMANDA. Surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden plot, overgrown with orange, apricot, medlar, and lemon trees, banana trees and many Mediterranean plants, the detached house AMANDA overlooks the Laconic bay. From the large, surrounding, covered terrace, the view opens up to the sea and the first headlands of the Mani region.
The two-storey cottage is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, access to the house is a staircase. Colorful, magnificent oleander plants line the entrance to the property. On the elevated ground floor is the spacious living room with a high, wood-paneled ceiling and an open kitchen corner. The living room is adjoined to the bedroom with double bed, the small children's bedroom (2 single beds, 1.80m long) and the bathroom. It also leads from the living room directly onto the large, covered terrace with beautiful sea views. Side of the house is a small storage and equipment shed. In the basement of the house is a storage room, which is not rented.
The detached house AMANDA is ideal for families with children who want to spend a nice holiday close to the sea and surrounded by nature.
On the fine sandy beach directly below the holiday home you can swim in the clear water in Rhe and sunbathe in the small dunes. A tavern above the beach, halfway to your holiday home, offers a good, Greek cuisine. The location of the house is suitable for excursions, as it is almost the gateway to both Mani, as well as in the neighboring eastern finger of Laconia, Monemvassia and the beautiful island of Elafonissos. Not to be missed is the Byzantine Mistras to the north.
