Luxury awaits you in this totally remodeled 4B/2.5B private home that sleeps several guest. Located in beautiful South Cocoa Beach, the owners left nothing untouched. Relax on the huge brick patio deck with your favorite beverage while the kids enjoy the game room complete with a flat screen, shuffle board and arcade game. Fully furnished kitchen for preparing meals in. Spacious master suite offers a king bed, double sinks, walk in shower and a garden tub. Two additional bedrooms plus the bunk bedroom. All within walking distance to the beach. Private WIFI with boosters throughout the home to assure the highest speed.

The back patio is perfect for littles.Best compliment i can give is how quickly they responded to questions & we had a little trouble with a rogue bush & it was handled quickly!!We cruise out of Cape Canaveral about every 3 months & we will rent from the owner again.

Team Trip

This place was great and very spacious. Enough room for everyone to have their own space and we weren't on top of each other. The upstairs was awesome for a game room to hangout. The location was perfect as it was close to downtown Cocoa Beach and walking distance to the beach. Overall, awesome place and would recommend for a place to stay.
