Cocoa Beach Club 206 appartient fiÚrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

À deux pas de la cĂ©lĂšbre jetĂ©e Cocoa Beach, ce condo de 1500 pieds carrĂ©s en bord de mer est l'endroit idĂ©al pour votre escapade. Le condo dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses, 2. 5 salles de bains, une grande cuisine ouverte, une salle Ă  manger, un salon et un balcon amĂ©nagĂ© sur 2 niveaux.

Il a été entiÚrement rénové et comprend une télévision LCD de 52 ", des carreaux de porcelaine, une cuisine rénovée et comprend tous les draps, les serviettes et les fournitures de plage dont vous et votre famille auraient besoin.

Vous pouvez regarder vos enfants dans la grande piscine chauffĂ©e en bord de mer ou simplement profiter des vues et des sons de la plage et de l'ocĂ©an depuis votre grand balcon privĂ©. Cocoa Beach Club 206 est un exemple parfait de la faïżœïżœon dont vous n’avez pas Ă  faire de compromis sur l’emplacement et le style, vous pouvez tout avoir!

Loved our stay, this is one of best managed places we have stayed at. I place on coming back again, family friendly, clean and great location steps to ocean and great view of the space flights.

Very cute and clean spot! Plenty of space for two teens and two adults! The condo had everything we needed and the beach out front was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the couch has seen better days and there is no breeze on the porch!

The pool and close walk to the beach was awesome. The bedrooms upstairs allowed the adults time together after kids were in bed. The beach supplies were a wonderful plus. The only item I would say was negative was the supplies in the kitchen. With 8 of us going out to dinner was not possible. There needed to be more cookware and plastic dishes to be used by kids. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and will consider it in the future. Bonus was we were able to see 2 rocket launches. Also we were able to rent a high chair from Babyquip which was a reference from the property manager.

Great vacation spot!

We loved the condo and property. The condo was roomy, clean, nicely decorated. The pool was very nice, and the beach was great - family friendly, beautiful. We’ll stay at Cocoa Beach Club again.

Family friendly property with easy beach access. The property had almost everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the fitted sheets don’t stay on the mattress and you wake up sleeping on the mattress cover in the morning. The air mattress didn’t have the correct fitted sheet provided but the flat sheet worked. I would have loved a few extra blankets. It was chilly for some and too hot for others so a few blankets would have been nice to keep everyone comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio. The property and condo were well maintained. It was an easy drive from Orlando Sanford int. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The condo was everything we expected. Very bright, clean, and had everything you could need for a few days; ie toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. We will stay here again for sure.

Awesome family vacay!!

We had an amazing week! We had a small issue and it was immediately and promptly handled. The place was awesome- we have four kids ages 4-13 and it was defiantly a vacation to remember. Awesome beach and awesome place to stay!!!

We stayed here in May 2022. The room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for us and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here here again and recommend to anyone who has teens or early 20's children with them. We all enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful place - amazing management

Great unit with lots of space - right on the beach with an ocean view. Management will always bend over backwards to make you comfortable. We've now visited twice, and are sure we'll be back again soon.

Better than the pictures!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Loved the separation with living area downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs with large master bedroom that was separated from other two bedrooms. Great balcony with view of the ocean. Easy walk to the ocean and great pool with plenty of seating. We were actually there for Hurricane Milton, and Happy Palm Stays stayed in contact with us throughout making sure we were ok. Will book this one next visit for sure!!

Perfect Spot!

Steps away from beach access & a spacious unit with all we needed for a week's stay (including so much beach equipment/games in the storage closet)! Cocoa Beach Club was a perfect spot for our family beach trip & we could definitely see ourselves coming back! Host was communicative when necessary & self check-in was quick & easy! So much to do in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Great condo!

We absolutely loved our time in 206. Large space with all the amenities we needed. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils. Great view of the ocean from our balcony. Very clean!

Nice clean property

We had a great stay and our teen boys had a great time at the pool and beach. The people taking care of the pool and property were very attentive to their duties in making sure everything was in order. The chairs and boogie boards were appreciated and in great condition.The unit was clean although a couple updates are needed. The master and 2nd bedroom beds need new mattresses.The washing machine had a black mold around the inside rim which needs a good cleaning.
