Welcome to the Carriage House, a part of the Eden at Gracefield Event Venue. Located in the beautiful SC LowCountry, come stay in this charming, well-appointed one bedroom one bath cottage and take in the beauty of our lakes and grand oaks. Fully furnished with a queen canopy bed, full living room with large comfy couch, 2 chairs, dining table and kitchenette with induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and air fryer oven. High speed internet and ROKU tv in the living room. Fish off the banks of multiple lakes. You will never want to leave the peace of our estate. We are a wedding and event venue and this is the only one-bedroom available for rent on the estate. Perfect for the parents of the bride or groom, who want to be close to the party but have their own space. Located immediately adjacent to the Manor House, with easy access to the beautiful veranda where your wedding party can all gather to fish or hang out around the outdoor fireplace. Beautiful gardens full of camellias and southern pink azaleas... Oak lined drives and crepe myrtles and palm trees abound! ** Please be aware if there is another wedding going on during your stay thatbride and groom have priority to the veranda and fountain areas for photos.**

The entire property at Eden at Gracefield is beautiful. We and our family stayed in two of the 5 homes for a wedding on the property and had an excellent experience. Would love to go back for just a getaway weekend!

Carriage house

We had a very relaxing stay. The carriage house is extremely comfortable and had everything we could want. My wife and spent our days just walking around the property enjoying the scenery. It feels like you are in your own little world when are there, but stores and shops are just a short ride away.

Amazing!

We have stayed in a lot of rentals this was by far my favorite! Everything was perfect! It’s absolutely beautiful! we rode bikes around the acres and just fell in love with the atmosphere. Made me wish I was planning a wedding.

Great Venue

Fantastic property. We were in town for a funeral and had other family members staying on the property, so it was nice to be able to have them all in the same place:-) Gave 3 stars on Comm with Property manager as there was none:-) Not sure if that's good or bad, so I"m neutral on that!

We are located 10 minutes from the property and have people on site daily also to address any questions or concerns should they arise. Close and comfy

Small home within steps (20 or so) to the Manor house where my son and daughter-in-law rented to stay for their son’s (our 1st grandson) wedding event. The home has everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the event venue, but the drive in and out of the property was difficult, the roads are terrible. It rained on and off and the roof above the entrance leaked and the floor inside shows signs of possible water damage. Overall, we were thankful for a close place to stay and to be a part of this time to celebrate with our family.

Peaceful retreat

Stayed in the Carriage House while riding a 4 day bicycle tour in Walterboro. The place is clean and well appointed. Very peaceful setting in the woods near several ponds and part of a popular wedding/reception venue.
