COME SEE OUR IMPROVEMENTS!

Suite 16 is a slice of Heaven on earth. You can enjoy sugar white sands and emerald waters by day and the calming sounds of the surf by night. There is a private deck off the spacious living area, as well as a private balcony off the master bedroom.

The air conditioner has been replaced in 2023 so we should not have those a/c issues mentioned in reviews. Improvements have been made throughout!

King in master bedroom furniture and linens, guest room has 2 brand new full beds with comfy bedding. Come see our improvements! We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so less for you to pack!

The views are breathtaking in all directions and are often called the best on the beach. Cozy living room, new kitchen appliances, spacious bedrooms, washer/dryer, covered parking and more. This is a wonderful vacation retreat... enjoy the serenity of our beach in Seagrove.

Walton Dunes is a non-smoking property in its' entirety, please respect the Associations' rules.

Only Walton County, FL landowners are allowed to have pets on the beach with proper permits.

Our a/c units have been serviced so it does get cooler on the 3rd floor, however, this is still Florida in the summer.

Golf carts are not allowed on Walton Dunes property.

We love to stay on this spot on the beach and in this complex. Always pretty quiet and away from the crowded areas. This unit was extremely clean and had beautiful views. We loved having two beds in the 2nd bedroom for the kids. Very thankful for the beach accessories kept at the unit as well. Will definitely be staying here again!

Clean, Convenient And Well Stocked

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards were all provided. Private beach access was convenient. Host was most gracious and communication was easy.

Lovely little getaway

We had the best time at this condo. It was very clean. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is so close to the beach, it was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in. The beach access was easy to get to and the beach is very private. The owners were easy to get ahold of and respond quickly to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I needed a quick getaway and this place checked all of our boxes. We loved watching the storms come in on the rainy days, and the quick & easy access to the beach. Management was extremely responsive! Great little community, not crowded, and the pups loved it too. We hope to come back soon. If you’re having any second thoughts, don’t. Just book it!

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of this property is unbeatable. We loved walking out the door and down to the beach. Restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, and coffee shops are all within walking distance. We loved having a covered parking space and an area to shower off the sand and access all of the beach toys including several nice beach chairs and umbrellas. The beaches were beautiful and never too crowded thanks to the private beach access. Communication and check in were super easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, Perfect location

We loved staying here. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The location and views are perfect. Private beach access and a section of the beach that is not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to use. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions.

Directly on the beach-only a few steps! Especially convenient with a toddler! Beach was private and it was refreshing not to be crowded. Little traffic so very quiet. Will definitely book again!

This townhouse is in a perfect location. We were able to drive to seaside easily. There are so many shops and great restaurants close by. I loved the private beach. We didn’t have to rush to put our chairs and umbrellas out early. The beach was marked with private property signs and no one used it except for townhouse occupants. The property manager was so kind and helpful.

Awesome stay on 30A

You cannot get a better location overlooking the gulf on a private beach, hidden off 30A, while close to great restaurants, shops and groceries. The walkover to the beach is just steps from the unit. While the furnishings are basic, the host provides everything one could need, all functional and clean. Beds were very comfortable, and bonus, a king size bed in master. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

Perfect Location

Perfect location in the Seaside area. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Seaside to enjoy a quiet beach day. This condo was perfect for my little family. The rental could use an update but it was very clean. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and the beach access was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Beach was not at all crowded.

Great location

Location was great. 30A and on the beach ! It wasn't very clean. There were dust bunnies every where. Location won over for the ease to beach and location to all of the happening places on 30A with no crowd when at the condo or on its beach.
