Location, location! Just steps from the beautiful white sandy beach of the Emerald Coast, no elevators or parking lots here! Unit is located next to Deer Lake State Park assuring a very private beach. You won't believe the view from all three decks.

The townhome boasts an outside shower, covered parking, large living room, dining room, kitchen with snack bar, and bathroom on 1st floor. The 2nd floor offers a master bedroom with 40' flat screen, two large closets and a king-sized bed and master bath.

The second bedroom suite consists of a queen-sized bed, bunk beds, loft, deck and bathroom with shower & tub. The room has its own large deck which overlooks the Deer Lake State Park neighborhood. There is also front load washer and dryer on the second floor. Built in closets make your stay even better than home.

The townhouse is just steps from a brand new walk-over leading to the beautiful white sandy beach, clear water, wonderful swimming in warm and shallow waters, dolphin watching, great fishing, surfing, and gorgeous sunsets. Door locks are digital and beach chairs are included.

Perfection.

Lovely site on beach front.

We loved our stay in your condo this week. Linda was a sweetheart and came over any time we had a concern. The views from both balconies were amazing. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of space for 4 ladies to spread out in. Kitchen has everything. Out the door, through the gate, down the steps and you are on the beach.

Exceeded my expectations

We have come to the beach for the last 2 years with multiple families. And have been in many of the units. The the majority ruled unit 5 the best. It has everything you need to cook, clean and more. We will definitely be back next year.

Clean, spacious, with amazing beach access

This was our first stay at this part of 30A and the condo was for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was a perfectly sized place for a family of 4, the beach access and view was unbelievable, the owner's understated the proximity to the beach and the basically "private beach" these condos have access to. The kitchen was spacious, the living room was very comfortable, both decks offered spectacular views, the wifi and TV services were great, the bathrooms and laundry room were perfect, and the overall safety, cleanliness, and location were simply wonderful. The weather wasn't the best, which is just bad luck, and even with spotty weather, the location of the condo allowed us to bike 10-15 minutes in either direction to all the restaurants, shops, and views you could want in 30A. We would 100% stay in this specific condo again and we would try to do it next time with other families in the other condos (I think there are 14 to choose from all with different owners) to have even more fun. The owners of this condo are sitting on a gem of a condo and allowed our family to have a very affordable vacation with some of the best beach access you can get without breaking the bank. Thanks Tom and Carla!!
