Our condo is located at the premier South end of Amelia Island- steps away from the world famous Ritz Carlton of Amelia Island. I've been renting this condo since 2003. Read my 220+ 5 star reviews. I am easy to work with, and I'm a Christian so I will treat you like I desire to be treated. I will provide you with my personal recommendations for dining and activities. I know the island well because my family lives here and I am blessed to live here part time. You can rent with confidence from me knowing that I know how to manage my property perfectly. I have learned through my own travels the things that make a rental easy, affordable, and yet special. As my guest, I will provide for you free of charge lots of those little things that add expense to your vacation. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you learn what I have to offer versus the other condo rentals.

Our freshly updated condo features two bedrooms and two baths. We've just completed a kitchen remodel with new cabinets, granite and a bar. See amazing beach vistas from the kitchen and dining area's windows. Our property sits right on the white sandy beaches of Amelia Island. Our fourth floor corner unit is situated on the south end of the Amelia Surf and Racquet property. It has the most awesome views to the North, oceanfront, and a breathtaking view of the South end of this exclusive section of Amelia Island. Our balcony, unlike others, is an end unit- providing unobstructed views. Your only constraint is your own vision(or you can use our telescope).

Sip your morning coffee on the private balcony while incredible sunrises provided the backdrop for shrimp boats and porpoises. Our condo's panoramic view of the vast blue ocean and broad sandy beaches will keep you coming back here again and again. Being only steps away to the Ritz Carlton, you will enjoy the same beautiful beach as this world famous resort without the price! If you have never been to this island, you are in for a magnificent experience.

Enjoy an uncrowded, breathtaking seascape from the dining area featuring two large picture windows that offer an expansive view of the beach and boardwalk. The master bedroom features a king size iron bed with a new Tempurpedic mattress, a new 42' flat screen panel LCD TV with ROKU, and a beautiful beach vista as well. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with new mattresses and coastal bedding. It also has it's own 32" flat screen TV. The living room has a new sofa and love seat. The entertainment center sports a 46 ' LED Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, a Bluetooth Stereo system, and Netflix. You will love checking your email using your technology on the comfortable balcony. We just added two Wifi extenders to maximize your Wifi experience. Beach chairs, loungers, toys, and beach towels are provided. Don't buy anything until you check our closets!

This gated complex has two sparkling pools overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and four clay tennis courts free for your use on a 24 hour basis. Our fully equipped kitchen with a beach view also has a new full-sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove with convection oven, full size refrigerator with an excellent icemaker, blender, coffeemaker, service for 12, and all the other essentials.

Centrally located, our condo is a three to five minute beach stroll to the world famous Ritz-Carlton where casual and fine dining is available. A full scale grocery store (Harris Teeter) is only 1.4 miles away. It also has an excellent food bar, organics sections, a pharmacy, wine, and beer. The picturesque village of Fernandina, a 12 minute drive, is rich in history and is sure to satisfy all ages. A farmer's market takes place every Saturday and boasts fresh vegetables, crafts, etc. Come to retreat and enjoy the ambiance of this pristine and historic island. Our island boasts wonderful restaurants, unique shopping experiences, six golf courses, antique shops, and a wealth of activities to explore. Don't procrastinate... We have many repeat guests so reservations tend to book early.
***Amelia Surf and Racquet has a no pet policy. We bought here because we have family members that are highly allergic. Because we stay frequently, please consider other properties if bringing a pet.
