What an ideally located, well-appointed, clean, and spacious oceanfront home! We come to Amelia Island every year for years on end, and 92 Ocean Place has raised the bar to a new level for future trips! We will definitely be back!!

This slice of heaven will be our go-to from now on! We were last minute switch from PCB due to the hurricane, and we will never go back!!! The host was amazing, the condo was perfection, and I would give it a 12/10 if I could! Thank you for all of the information, quick communication, and the area is wonderful! If you want to relax, this is it!!!

WOW! Spectacular view and beautifully decorated home away from home. Very clean and welcoming. Walk to beach was perfect. Rolling dunes with gorgeous vegetation and turtles and rabbits. Area is not commercialized which was wonderful. We found a new favorite.

Beautiful condo. Very clean, nice decor and well appointed kitchen. Small issue at check in was handled immediately by hosts who were very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

The vrbo was really great and the location is excellent with amazing ocean view of the sunrise. The host had provided perfect directions and had all the things stocked up in the vrbo.I would definitely rent this place again during my next trip.

Beautiful condo and location. Beach right outside the door and a wonderful sunrise every day. The condo is spacious and well decorated. Would come back in a minute and have already referred friends!

Great stay.

Very, very clean which is huge for us. Amazing ocean front views and a nice big balcony to relax. Everything we wanted within a 15 minute drive.

View from the balcony was better than hoped for. Condo itself is in fabulous condition and the layout is perfect for a family with a few teens. Will defenitely be coming back!
