Livingroom, Dinette area, 2 bedrooms with full-size beds, 1 sunroom with pullout full-size couch, Full private back yard, includes seating, eating area, 1 gas firepit to enjoy quiet family time, 1 wood firepit on the front lawn overlooking the river. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, toaster, full fridge with freezer, dishwasher and outdoor cooking grill for easy dinners.L. Private waterfront deck and dock, 2 kayaks available for use. Near Golf course, white water rafting. 1 pet welcome, additional must have prior approval.
