The Cozy Cottage at Cocoa Village-Private Oasis

Toni, we had a lot of damage from the extreme cold this year. It’s a process to get everything cleaned up and back to normal. As far as the stove, I will definitely check it out. I don’t believe the main house is shown in the listing. With that said, I do not usually have any confusion. The entrance gate noticeably and clearly indicates the entrance to the cottage. Also, the listing refers to it as a “cottage.” Thank you for staying.

The property is being cleaned up from the extreme cold this winter. You can see the frost damage to the Palm tree in your picture. As far as the ferns on the sidewalk, several days of heavy rain caused the growth. It certainly will be cut as soon as possible. As far as the stove, the burners work well. It’s a gas stove and there is a specific way to turn on the burners. Again, all are working just fine. The cottage is always clean and comfortable for all guests. I strive to make each and every stay a comfortable, extremely clean and memorable stay. The reviews from my guests express just that. Thank you for staying!
