The Cozy Cottage was just that, a perfect weekend getaway and date night for my husband and me. We fell in love with the cottage’s Old Florida charm, we loved sitting on the patio in the evening, listening to Florida sounds. And the house is just the right distance walking from the restaurants at the riverfront. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
Very quiet location. The house pictured in the ad is not the rental. The outside needs some TLC and the stove and surrounding area needs a good cleaning.

Toni, we had a lot of damage from the extreme cold this year. It’s a process to get everything cleaned up and back to normal.
As far as the stove, I will definitely check it out.
I don’t believe the main house is shown in the listing. With that said, I do not usually have any confusion. The entrance gate noticeably and clearly indicates the entrance to the cottage. Also, the listing refers to it as a “cottage.” Thank you for staying.
Very comfortable & cozy, very clean, nicely decorated, very convenient to our family we were visiting, Would highly recommend & definitely would stay there again.
It was the perfect stay. Debbi has everything that you need and the cottage was decorated so cute. It was walking distance to the village as promised, and we were not disappointed. It’s on my list for future stays
The cottage was perfectly located for attending a family wedding at the Derby Street Chapel. Deborah was very punctual in all communications. The cottage had everything that was needed for our short stay. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious, and the kitchen just right for a quick cup of coffee.
This is a great place! We had a wonderful stay. The only thing that could have possibly added alittle more to the comfort of our stay was a soft mattress topper. Thank you we had a great time exploring the area before our cruise.
