Loved this little spot! Best part was access to the back gate to & from the beach. The outdoor shower and hose was great to wash all the sand off before entering the cottage. Will return and highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and easy access to local attractions. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the breeze.The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We created wonderful memories here and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We had a great time! The place was clean and cozy and the area was quiet. Just 4 mins to the beach which we frequented during our stay. We had everything we needed during our stay and were close enough to groceries for food!

Perfect Spot in Cocoa Beach!

This cottage is everything you need for a great beach vacation. Easy walking distance to the ocean and lots of great restaurants/cafes. The host was very communicative and made everything simple and easy. Beach gear and washer/dryer on the patio were an added bonus. 10/10 would come back again.
