Great stay as usual. Some minor hiccups but nothing major. Owner is easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Wonderful property and super close to all Hye and Fredericksburg have to offer! We look forward to returning in the future.

From the beginning, Albert was excellent with communications. He answered our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. The house was perfect for us - centrally located, yet of the beaten path. The house was comfortable and easy to fit into, becoming a welcome stop after our days exploring the area. I would not hesitate to recommend the property, and we are looking forward to booking another stay!

The house was great. Pics are accurate. Lovely back porch we enjoyed with a cocktail or two. Only issue or suggestion would be to provide soap and shampoo or make clear in the listing to bring your own. Would stay there again

Absolutely wonderful place to stay that’s a stones throw from everything you’d want to go to in Hill Country. The home is wonderful, it’s quiet, and a great place for some R&R. Albert was a great host. All the details of how to get to the house and access were easy to understand. Absolutely worth the stay when you’re in Hill Country.

Amazing place

Wonderful property in a great location right on Hye-Albert road. Stocked kitchen, comfy beds, awesome porch for sitting and visiting with friends. Would love to see a hot tub and a grill, but the lack of them does not detract from an excellent stay.

This is an awesome location and place to stay. We didn't spend much time in the house with all the things to do in the area, but the time we were there was pleasant. Morning coffee on the porch was worth the price of admission!
