Quiet and full accommodated place

We had a wonderful almost 2 weeks in this place. Quiet area and has some nature on the side which’s my children enjoyed. Easy checking in and check out.Full kitchen and the laundry. Close to all shopping centers. All my family we are Muslims, there is two very close Islamic Centers, Madina Center and Darul Huda islamic centers. 3-5 minutes drive. For the future, we would like to come back again.

Nice stay

Great location, close to many restaurants, basement apartment was very cozy, tricky decent to apartment door but overall would stay again. Jad very friendly.

Great value

The apartment was clean and everything was in good shape. They even had an air mattress, so the kids got separate beds. The foosball table was a big get all around. There were only two negatives, there is no temperature control in the apartment and it seemed to go up every night around 9:00 pm. By the last night of our stay the humidity in the apartment was around 65% which made the temperature seem that much worse. They probably need a better vent in the bathroom and the humidity would get better. Overall a great value close to lost of restaurants, shopping and the metro and only 20 minutes from Old Town Alexandria.

Wonderful experience

This was perfect for us to spend a few days traveling into the city. It really is that close and easy to get to the Metro, but also tucked in a serene neighborhood! The kitchen was perfect for making basic meals; I only expected to make breakfast but we also pulled off a few easy dinners! Appliances are brand new and beautiful. The bathroom is even stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And yes, foosball was the highlight for my 6 year old. Check-in/out was super easy! We did have one minor issue with the keypad (which honestly I’m pretty sure was entirely my fault) but Jad came down immediately and got it fixed. He was very kind and helpful when needed, but if we hadn’t needed him we hardly would have known he was there. I absolutely recommend this property for a small family like ours visiting the area!

DC trip

Check-in and check-out was super easy. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was perfect even at night. The location was great and after being in the city all day it was nice to return to a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Studio

Overall this basement studio was quiet and roomy. A perfect distance from the city. The hilly neighborhood was really unique. I was a bit nervous about parking our van at first with the hills, but it worked just fine. Jad made everything super easy for check in and check out and checked in halfway to make sure we had all we needed. The studio had all we needed for a comfy retreat after busy days exploring DC. Would stay again!

Cherry Blossom visit

This basement apartment was perfect for our trip into Washington DC. It is only 5 minutes from the Franconia/Springfield Metro station that has plenty of parking. The small kitchen was perfect for fixing our own breakfasts in the morning. It had everything needed for that. Nice decor and all our needs were covered. We will look to stay here again on another trip to DC.

Great stay!

My family loved our stay! More space than we expected from the pictures. We had planned on our kids (8 and 10 years old) sharing the pull out, but he informed us there was an air mattress so they didn’t have to! Jad was VERY responsive to the couple minor things we brought up and everything was immediately taken care of! Would stay again!

Great place for a business trip

Large, well-appointed, and perfect for a business trip. He's got a desk with an extra monitor for working in place. It's also set up for fun. It's in a great location for N. Va. A great value!

Son’s graduation

We enjoyed the place. We were mainly only there to sleep. We saw all the sites and seen our son graduate. The apartment was at the back basement of the owners house, a couple of nights were rather warm to sleep in and the parking spot near the home designated for you is under trees that left sap all over our car. But other than that the bed was comfortable, the pull out was okay for the guest. And it was very quiet.

DC Trip

This was a great location to hope on the Kiss and ride to go to DC. Jad was very accommodating and had everything we needed and then some! Wonderful area and the yard was very beautiful! It is in a basement but it’s very nicely finished and still lots of privacy. I would definitely stay again!

Blown away! In the best way!

The property is beautiful, back in a quiet neighborhood that youll quickly forget youre near a city. Quiet, tranquil. But so close to so many amazing restaurants, the metro is minutes away, and we had Jad as such an incredible host, gave us tips and help along the way, checked in throughout our stay. Absolutely phenomenal host, and could teach classes in how to be a host. Just blown away, couldnt be happier with the stay for myself and my family!
