The state was great. Everything was clean me as a contractor. I did notice a lot of imperfections and make shift solutions but other than that, it was great.

very nice place and comfortable for the 4 of us,just wish we had access to a washer and dryer as we thought we were going to for the money we paid and the keurig machine did not work... other than that the place was awesome,would rent it again if we visit my son who lives in Manassas

Our host was very attentive and pleasant! Thank you! Beds were comfortable. Great location for the areas we wanted to visit. This is a basement apartment. The host has access through via stairs from the main floor. there was only one hand towel for four people/two nights. Porch was unusable because it was very dirty. Only source of water is the bathroom sink and the “ kitchen area” had a coffee pot, mini fridge and microwave. The apartment could use some TLC and a handyman.PS. To host- the lock on the sliding glass door is very loose.

Very comfortable!

Our accommodations was much larger than we thought. Quiet and very relaxing. Lots of hot water, coffee maker, microwave and a small refrigerator made our stay almost home like. We’ll come back again!

It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!

The description to this place was misleading. We thought we would have the entire house as it stated however it was a walkout basement with 2 bedrooms. The entrance was in the back of the house with a very dark walkway at night. Beds were not comfortable and seamed smaller than a Queen size bed. I couldnt use the ceiling fan because it had not been dusted in years. Overall the place was good enough because we were gone most of the day. Nice neighborhood except there is a gun range close by so be prepared to listen to shooting until 6:30 or 7pm.

Good home base to visit family

This was a good home base to visit family. The neighborhood was very quiet. On-street parking was free and easy. Check-in details were clear and easy to follow. Couches and beds were comfortable. One thing to be aware of is noise travels between upstairs and downstairs areas easily.
