10 out of 10! Communication from the owners, was top notch. The pictures don't do justice of the environment you walk into. The house is loaded with every kitchen gadget you need, to a house full of activities. The pool was warm, but very refreshing even when it was HOT out. The owners have made this more than a home. Fishing was even great. If you pass this one up, you will be disappointed.

Amazing! Exactly as pictured and very clean. This is our 6th vacation as a family staying in a rental home. This surpasses anywhere we have stayed. Fully stocked. In the past we'd have to get a few supplies. And thank you for providing enough kleenex for those dealing with allergies.Very responsive host. Replied within a few minutes. So many activities on location. We didnt have time to use everything. Perfect lay out for multiple family members. You can't wrong with this home!!!!!

Mike and Patti thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. Everything was fantastic open floor plan plenty of room for everyone.The home was well equipped with everything that you needed from floats, toys for both pool/beach. Lots of outdoor seating, bikes, high chairs, pack n play, cribs. Friendly quiet neighborhood/neighbors, great area for biking or walking. Saw lots of fish in the canal, but could not catch them, but caught two crabs. Also had a borrowing owl nest in the vacant lot next door spent a lot of time bird watching.

Fantastic house! The kids loved it too. Location is good. We had a great week with fishing, bathing, shopping and went to the beach. Good communication with the hosts, who helped us with everyting we needed.

This house is beautiful, our group loved it! Patti, the owner, was an excellent communicator and the house had everything. All the paper supplies, coffee, tea, spices, detergent for laundry, beach chair, pool toys, etc. There was no need to bring anything other than you clothes. Everything in the house was in great shape and nicely decorated. The house sits on a quiet street and its located near Cape Coral Parkway, were all the action is. We can't say enough great things about this house and the owner, just wonderful!!

Beautiful home, offering so much for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. All amenities were exactly as described and the extras (like beach chairs/toys, fishing poles, paper products) were great. The owners were also very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time and definitely would go there again!

Family Yearly Vacation

My family had a great time. We rented 4 jet skis that we could tie up at the dock. Cool off, eat, play pool, swim and put a 1000 piece puzzle together. Just a great place for the family to enjoy each other in a best of best accommodations.

Great family getaway

We had 10 adult family members, and the house was more than enough room for all of us. Time in the pool and playing games provided was fun for everyone. The owners were very helpful both before and during our stay. You will not regret staying at this property. It is every bit as beautiful as the photos.

This house is everything g you could want. Spacious, comfortable, owners extremely attentive. The only house I want to stay at when I visit Cape Coral! It has everything you need or want.
