You’ll enjoy Great western sunset views of the San Jacinto mountains from the oversized patio. The patio includes outdoor dining for 4+, a grill, a fire table and lounge chairs to make for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring or play. Enjoy the view from the master suite, 2nd bedroom and living room with patio access in each room. This very quiet condo is conveniently located a short walking distance to the recently renovated clubhouse with dining options and a full service bar.
The kitchen has been updated with a glass counter stove, granite countertops, 2 ovens and an oversized fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with eating/cooking utensils and a coffee maker.
The living area is comfortably furnished with tv , sofa, chairs and a dining table for 2 or 4. There is a ceiling fan in the vaulted ceiling and tile flooring throughout the unit to keep you cool in the desert heat.
The large master bedroom has a king bed with an adjustable frame, tv, seating area, huge closet and en suite bathroom (with shower).
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin xl bed, both equipped with foam mattresses and a large closet. The second full bathroom(shower) is just across the hall. Washer and dryer is located in the very spacious 2 car garage.
The Palm Desert Resort country club is ideally located 10 miles from Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals), 4 miles to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 5 miles to El Paseo’s world class shopping and dining, 25 minutes to Palm Springs airport, & 2.5 hours to San Diego and Disneyland. This area has something for everyone from the living desert zoo and gardens, Joshua Tree National Park, the Salton Sea, Palm Springs art museums and spas, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and lots of fun history. The resort also has 20 sparkling pools and hot tubs for you to relax in after all these excursions!
You’ll have access to (fees apply) 72 par championship golf, 14 lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, pro shop, lessons and clinics. Tennis and pickleball are featured on tennisinapickle.com. There are many options for pickleball near the resort to try , paradisepickleball.net is popular and has great reviews.
The resort is gated with 24 hour security on site.
